I hired Brian for the following services: - Tankless Water Heater Installation - Moving natural gas line inside - Outdoor faucet replacement Brian did a great job efficiently making all repairs/installs. They have all been working perfectly now for a month. Brian was also super responsive when there was an issue with a faulty part as well as when the gas line needed additional attention.

If you are looking for someone who is trustworthy, attentive, responsive, and capable of plumbing needs, Brian is your man. The only nit pick I have is in regards to my technical knowledge of the products he is installing. Be sure to do your research on any technical details of how the products operate and what their capabilities are. Specifically in this case, water heater recirculation and "Smart" controller for Tankless water heater.

I didn't do the research beforehand, and in the end probably wouldn't have made a different choice, but was expecting more knowledge in this area to avoid my time/research. All that said, I would absolutely use Brian again.

Main water line was split and leaking into basement. Brian Davis was able to come over same day and arrange a crew for the next morning. Crew was on time, respectful and finished the job of running a new water main in one day - even with difficult conditions with snow/ice on the ground. Price was fair for work done. I would use them again and would recommend to others.

There is a reason Efficient Plumbing Services gets 5 star reviews. Brian repaired an old bathtub faucet. First he stopped by to look at the problem and provide an estimate, which was very reasonable. Then he purchased the parts needed and returned to fix the faucet. It took about an hour to do all of this. I now have a fully operational tub/shower. Excellent, excellent, excellent service.

I should also mention that Brian is very personable and cares about his customers. I will hire him again, without hesitation, and highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services. He's top notch!

Efficient Plumbing Services will be my go to for any home plumbing issues in the future. I called and spoke with Brian today about a broken above ground pipe that needed to be capped. Instead of giving me the run around with consultation appointments and fees Brian was able to give me knowledgeable advice on how to efficiently solve my problem free of charge. Our house's pressure regulating valve was causing some noise and vibrations in the pipes and needed to be replaced. I contacted Brian on a Monday morning and he came the same day to evaluate and provide an estimate. He was able to order a replacement unit and did the installation the following day. The old water heater was in a very tight space, but he worked hard to ensure that we didn't have to downsize. Very satisfied with his speed, quality, and professionalism.

Brian and his team did an outstanding job. We had a water leak in the main water line between the street and the house causing water to come into the basement. Brian came out very quickly to assess the situation and lined up his team to do the work. It was a big job requiring the crew to be onsite most of the day but they worked hard, were great to work with and did a great job doing the work and cleaning up.

I needed to fix my hot water heater. I had tried AAA but was told to order parts that were wrong. After a week of not having hot water and multiple days renting a hotel for showers, I was told they couldn't get to me until the following Tuesday afternoon and it was Friday morning. We had a hot water heater go out on the Friday before Memorial day. We contacted Brian and he saw us on Saturday, reviewed our options, supplied us with the information for us to decide our course of action. We responded back with the purchase of a tank less hot water heater which he installed on Tuesday to get us back up and running. He then returned on Wednesday to add a couple of things necessary for our specific home requirements.

Brian replaced the water supply valve in my basement. In spite of some challenges with getting the main supply shut off at the curb (not his fault) he remained positive. He was a really nice guy and charged me a fair price.
