It was a pleasure doing business with Andrew. He came to our house to clean a family room carpet and an area rug in my living room with pet stains. He was professional, thorough, super friendly, and showed up on time. I will, without a doubt, recommend them to anyone and I will be using them again in the future.

Andrew was very direct, quick with a quote via text, had good communication, and followed-up. When they arrived, it didn't take long to clean my outdoor sectional and ottoman. Make sure to vacuum well, move it somewhere it can be washed all around, and if you can, brush it to take off bird droppings ahead of time so it can be washed thoroughly.

I moved it and vacuumed only. The brush it for you, but just so it's really thorough, that's what I would suggest. I'm glad I went with them. It came out so well. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Called Genesis to have my carpets cleaned. My oldest son finally moved out of the house so spend a whole week cleaning as a present for my wife on Mother's Day. I booked the appointment for a two hour window from 12:00pm-2:00pm and they were on time. We had one of our dogs urinate in the living room and they were able to eliminate any lingering odors.

The most impressive result however, was that the 10 year old carpet looked like it was just installed after they were done! We've had other truck mounted carpet cleaners come over the years, but nothing ever with this result. Obviously my wife was super happy with her Mother's Day present and we will be using Genesis from now on.

I was able to call them and got a reasonable quote. Johnathan was prompt on time and he was able to clean the carpet in the living room and hallway. He went out of the way to move the TV stand and clean even the carpet area around there. The carpet looks clean and free of stains, I would definitely recommend them to other people. I was able to get a next day appointment by booking online. They were timely and made it so easy, and put in hard work to clean my very old and yucky chairs. I am very satisfied and would recommend.

This company turned out to be very difficult to work with. It was a horrible experience. I will not recommend that you hire them. They were highly unprofessional by increasing their pricing on the appointment day and not keeping their promises, and also communicating disrespectfully without empathy. Beware that the owner is likely to respond to my review, and will try to justify their behavior, but please do not trust their response here.

Here is what happened. They initially quoted me price X for the carpet service ahead of the appointment. Over the phone they also promised me (several times) that the incoming technician will measure the carpeted areas and provide me the exact quote on the day of the service. However, on the day of the appointment, the technician carried with him a different quote already pre-written and a LOT more expensive.

When I questioned why it was higher and asked him to explain the quote, they were highly unwilling to give me a reasonable response. Additionally, the owner responded in a disrespectful/rejecting way. I only asked them to explain the rationale behind the large price change, and even gave them the freedom to measure the carpeted areas once again. Instead they repeatedly refused to justify and kept saying that "they are a 5-star company and they have customers in queue", and just cancelled the appointment on the spot.

After reading such great Yelp reviews about Genesis Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Services, I decided to give them a call. Andrew was able to fit me in for a carpet cleaning over the weekend, gave me a 2 hour window, and let me know I'd be receiving a call 20 minutes prior to their arrival. Jonathan contacted me 30 minutes in advance, was actually a little early (PERFECT), and did a fantastic job.

He took the time to protect the walls from the hose, and cleaned the carpet better than it's ever been cleaned before. Great communication, honest and high quality service, friendly staff, and all at a great price. Genesis is the way to go!

I needed a sofa, throw pillows and side chair cleaning. Booked my appointment the evening before. Andrew did a great job and was respectful of the items in our living room area. He took his time making sure each item was thoroughly cleaned. I'm hoping the cleaning will help with my allergies due to the accumulation of dust that has occurred in our living room. The Venmo as a way of paying was also appreciated.

Anthony offered a competitive quote over the phone and was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. He arrived on time and quickly got to work on my two sofa units. I've had my sofas for a very long time and thru the year, each had become soiled with dirt and sweat. I had originally planned to discard them. Anthony was confident he could make them look like new again (I was skeptical). A day later & after the sofas had fully dried; Anthony was right! Both sofas look like new again and I'm going to keep them now for quite awhile after all.
