We use our truck mount steam cleaning system and perform basic light cleaning similar to your tacked down carpets. We always wipe away any excess moisture from the flooring due to our cleaning process and we will lay the rug on a safe surface, that you select, for it to dry. Very hard workers. They definitely earned their money. They also cleaned our fabric covered dining room chairs, which came out great. I've made the mistake of getting cheap cleaners that are in and out in 10 minutes. Never again. ACS take their time and do a very thorough job.

My rental apartment was quite dirty after the previous tenant vacated. The property manager said replacement of the entire carpets was necessary. I called in Gary. I've had my carpet cleaned several times at varying costs with mediocre results. Frequently cleaning solution residue was left and within a few days it looked worse than before. I figured that was the best it got, so usually went with the less expensive. When it was time again I considered just buying new carpet. I came across ACS and spoke with Gary about my experiences.

He assured me that was not the best I could expect. ACS was a little more costly than I had been paying. SO worth it. My carpets AND floor tiles looked nearly new. I won't call anyone else now.

Very impressed with the work Gary and Sam have done. I really wish I had taken a photo of the carpet prior to the cleaning as it was really heavily soiled by foot traffic.
