Blake has done not one but 2 roofing jobs for our family. He is super easy to deal with and his price covers everything. His crew showed up and they cranked it out. They had the old roof off and the new one on in a day and a half. They cleaned up any mess that was made, checked the yard for tacks and nails and I could not be happier. He goes above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof.

Custom roofing was very efficient from getting a quote to completing the work. They even finished ahead of schedule and cleaned up after the work. The crew was professional and willing to answer any questions we had. They also took before and after pics of the wood repair for us to see, which we appreciated.

I gave this a'lot of thought. My insurance company, as with many others in Florida, was going to cancel my Homeowners policy, even though my roofing tiles that were already in place were only 11 years old with ZERO DEFECTS or damage at all. So I went above & beyond to have this company install a "Painted Metal" roof. It took them exactly 2 days to complete this task & after it was efficiently completed I forwarded ALL of my documents over to the insurance company.

Not only is the Homeowners insurance company cutting me a check back for having a "Wind Mitigation Inspection Report" done, along with the same Homeowners Insurance company "Rescinding Cancellation" of the same policy also after the complete installation of the "Painted Metal Roof, " now I have the added peace of mind as well from this same Insurance company telling me of this discount remaining in place over the entire coming year of the overall policy in June, when it renews, as I had the Wind Mitigation Inspection Report done right after this company completed installation of this brand new "Painted Metal Roof." Did I also mention that the SAME Insurance company told me in no uncertain terms that going forward they WON'T BOTHER ME Again about my roof for another 30 years?

I am very content with the overall happy demeanor of the crew, their attention to detail, and lastly, the surprising affordability of this installation of metal over roofing tile. Although it was maybe $3500 dollars more in cost, it lasts 3X longer as it's Painted Galvaluminum & highly resistant to rusting. This Investment IS FAR CHEAPER in the LONG RUN when you factor in current/future inflation.

Everything was all done in accordance with what was requested, paperworkwise, between this Licensed Roofing Contractor, the documents the insurance company requested of me & them, & myself. I was given everything I needed for the Insurance company's guidelines, this Roofing Contractor was very gracious in meeting my own & the insurance companies needs, and up to this point I have not ONE SINGLE BAD thing or experience with this company at all.

They did my roof a few years ago all fine and well. A bout a year later I noticed a leak in my garage ceiling, they came out and "fixed" it, saying something about leaves in the roof causing it to leak. Well I've only noticed my ceiling getting worse over time, leading me to believe there is still the same leak. Well we have been calling on and off for about 4 weeks now, getting told someone will call you back with no return calls back.

This is with several phone call a day even. So if you would like a roof great, but if you want the warranty to be upheld I wouldn't go with this company. Call again today, was told we will get a call back. still waiting. And no call back today either

Custom roofing replaced the roof on my house, and got it done by the date that I needed it (for homeowners insurance reasons). They were flexible with the scheduling, and responsive to what I needed. Daryle was in good communication with me about the job, and its status, and how it was going. They were more money than some of the other quotes I had gotten, but did an excellent job installing the roof, as well as regarding the cleanup (you do get what you pay for). I would highly recommend them, if you need roof work done.

Can't say enough good things about Custom Roofing! We needed to reroof our home we just purchased and Blake took the time to come out immediately to inspect the roof and sit down and explain all items included in the quote. He went above and beyond fitting us into their busy schedule to get the reroof completed as we had an active leak and issues with our HO insurance.

The crew were professional, and worked hard to get the roof completed in a day and half. Their prep and cleanup was exceptional. We have a dog, young daughter and a pool and they took all precautions to prep and cleanup the yard and pool and so we did not have to worry about any debris during and after the work. They not only gave service and workmanship that was top notch they were the most reasonable priced in the area! We are so happy with our amazing new roof. Custom Roofing was very detailed in their explanation during the consult. I was very impressed with their knowledge and patience. They were on time and re-roofed our home, installed 2 skylights in a little over a day. The roofers were awesome! All of the old roof debris was removed and the yard was the same as before. I am very pleased with our roof and would recommend you call them for a quote!

Custom Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. The materials arrived a few days before the work started, and they were prepared for the few moments of rain through the day. The back story When our former insurance company used the reason that the roof on our home was over 20 years old to cancel our home owners insurance, first I found another insurance company, then I called several roofing companies for estimates.

Our neighbor two doors away had just had their roof replaced, so I talked to him, also. The company he had replace his home's roof wasn't one of the ones I had talked to. My neighbor told me to call Custom Roofing & Coatings, Inc. He told me that I would probably be talking to Blake. When Blake called back the same day that I had called their office, I missed his call, but we connected the next morning and Blake was there that afternoon to give us an estimate. Blake took the time to explain not only what they would do, but why they would be doing the work in that way. Blake also gave us background information on Custom Roofing & Coatings.

The company was established and built by his grandfather and his father, but wasn't just given to Blake and his brother. They had to earn it. Blake started at the top-on the roof, doing every job to his dad and granddad's high expectations. I could go on and on, the new roof on our home is beautiful! The old roof didn't look that bad, to me, but after the work was finished, in his wrap up report, Blake told us how close to failure the old roof had been.

The roof showed that the builder and the original roofer had used corner cutting, inferior materials and inferior workmanship. Who knew that having your homeowners insurance cancelled could save your home from major damage by having the roof fail.

I did a lot of looking around at companies to replace my roof, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Custom Roofing! Justin and his team (Tony, Pedro, Omar, and Steve) were a great crew and were a pleasure to work with. If you need a new roof at a fair price, do yourself a favor and hire this team.

Custom Roofing & Coatings did an amazing job for me. I have an older home with a flat foam roof, I spoke to several companies before deciding on Custom Roofing because, after meeting with Daryl, I was confident that he had years of experience working on foam roofs - and knew what he was doing. I watched closely their process of cleaning, scraping off the blistered prior roof, and reapplying the foam surface.

The slope of the roof had to be modified to assure proper drainage and new scutters had to be installed. It was impressive to see how thorough they were and all the work that went into it. I would most definitely recommend this company, especially if you have a foam roof!

At first I was nervous to find someone that was trustworthy enough to reroute my home. But after talking to Blake Darryl and Dustin I knew they were The right company for me. I could really see that they focused on quality and not quantity.
