Called for an estimate and the owner's assistant failed to schedule it as promised. When I called back to check on my estimate, she said."Oh so sorry, but we are too busy and couldn't make it". Gave them a second chance until I received a call from the owner, Mitch defending his assistant and telling me I must have contacted the wrong company. Had a horrible attitude and was not even apologetic. Poor customer service in my book!

I am a Florida State Certified GC and I have used many different licensed roofers over the past thirteen years. Dunnrite Roofing, in particular, Mitch and his residential roofing team are the best that I have ever used. Their attention to detail and quality of work is second to none. Most roofers will not touch the work done by others because they would be responsible from then on, but I can attest that I have asked Dunnrite Roofing to find and fix 6 different nuisance roofs that others failed in repairing and they were the only ones that fixed the real problem for good. Dunnrite will definitely be used by us again. They are a company that you can trust.

The City of Ocala has been doing business with Big D Roofing Company for the past thirteen years. The City has an annual contract with Big D Roofing for all re-roofs and roof repairs at all City buildings. In addition, if we have a problem with any of our roofs, Big D responds within two hours to take care of the problem; sooner if it is an emergency.

This is a letter to say thank you to Tommy and the entire crew at Big D Dunn Rite Roofing. I recently had my roof on my 11,000 sq ft building replaced. From the first meeting with Tommy until the entire project was complete was a wonderful experience. I would like to tell you about a dependable, do as they say they will roofing company. Big D Roofing, Inc. in Ocala Florida. I started using them for roof replacement and repairs fifteen years ago. They do quality work that comes with a guarantee you can count on, although; you won't have to call them back. And their prices are the best.

It has been my pleasure in working with Big D Roofing, Inc. for the last 10 to 12 years in a variety of minor to major roof situations. In 2004 Hurricane Charlie destroyed roofs on two of our large and critical buildings in the Polk County area and within one to two days they were on the site making repairs.
