Bryan's United Air Conditioning

Our A/C went out on May 13. Had another vendor come out to take a look; they didn't even want to get in the attic. Called Bryans United, and Gary looked at the current system, and let me know what the situation was. Could have been repaired, but it's a 32-year old system and should be replaced. Shem came out to assess the system and give a quote, and we accepted.

The install team from Bryans United came out on June 15, and I had a brand new, fully functioning system (with improvements to airflow) by June 17. Very happy with the service and professionalism of the entire team at Bryans United. Would highly recommend.

If you need anyone to do your consult and be your point of guide at Bryans United, I'd go with Shem Israel. He really listened to my needs and quoted me the best possible price. He even came multiple times to check and double check the specifications and measurements. I had also made a change in where I wanted and he was very accommodating. He explained everything in detailed, send the invoice quick and is available for additional questions and changes. Although, I did not move forward with the installation of the A/C units.

I'll still be using Bryans United with Shem to install a much needed attic stairway to be able to access my roof. Thankfully they have a 2 year warranty and the price is good. Still pending the installation of the stairs, but pretty confident in the level of workmanship. Should I decide to one day install A/C be it mini splits or central I would go with Shem.

The service was great! Professional on the front end as well as the service end. The tech was courteous, professional, and explained things from beginning to end. I am very pleased and basking in the comfort of a/C in my home.

Everyone in the office was so helpful and understanding in getting me scheduled ASAP even though they were booked up for the week. They sent someone out to assess the issue with my A/C and then fixed it the very next day! Josh and his installation team were outstanding. We were in need of replacing our air handler. I received quotes from several local companies. Josh was very professional upon his visit, clearly laid out the options and costs for replacement. Bryan's was the best price we received from the different quotes for the replacement. As soon as we accepted the agreement, Josh was able to get us on the schedule within two days.
