The service I received today on my AC unit was very professional done. My service agent was Dominic, who was very polite and informative on the repair that was done and what future repairs maybe needed. Working in this triple digit heat is not easy, but he did it with ease and quick. I am very pleased with the service I received from Colloway & Sons A/C And Heating. Highly recommend.

First, let me say that when my A/C went out over a weekend(in the middle of the summer), Calloway was able to get someone out the faster than any other company, and we called MANY. Sampson was our tech and was everything I would want in a technician. Detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and (most importantly) trustworthy. He let me know exactly what was going on and exactly how much it would cost. He advised us on replacement costs, power savings, and home warrantee coverage, and made recommendations. Philip came out before scheduled and was able to fix my AC unit promptly. I appreciated how informative he was with the issue showing me pictures and the problem with the part that needed to be replaced. He was extremely pleasant, polite, and gracious. After arriving home at 4pm and finding out that our AC was not functioning properly and our house had reached 85 degrees, we called around for after hours service. Calloway & Sons had the best after-hours rate as well as the best availability. I was given a base price over the phone, immediately scheduled, and was told someone would arrive between 5pm and 8pm.
Around 6:30, I received a call and a text message stating that Worldlin would would be arriving soon. He was super friendly, very informative, and was able to quickly address the problem and repair it right away. The price of the repair was about average, based on a few Google searches. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes and the temperature in my house quickly went back down.
He even pointed out a few things that may be an issue in the future, but weren't a necessary expense right now, so it was nice to know that he was trying to educate me and not make extra money by convincing me to fix things I didn't need to yet. Overall, the issue was discovered, an appointment was scheduled, and the issue was resolved in less than 3 hours total and that's after hours. I would absolutely recommend them to other people and plan on contacting them again for any issues in the future!

Jacolby Nicholas came out with another employee to install an air handler and found another issue but the other person felt that wasn't his issue but Jacolby took an extra 10 minutes to see what the issue could have been. I really appreciate him for that. The next day he went back with a different employee and fixed it within 10 minutes. Jacolby stated he was a new employee and if that is how most of the employees do business at Calloway & Sons A/C and Heating I will definitely recommend them to everyone that may have an issue. Mr. Jacolby was very proficient about his work ethics. He used his diagnostic tools to give a more accurate analysis of my AC unit. They came about a month and a half ago top replace a furnace. They recommended some fixes to my AC. I have had consistent issues with it since they came to fix it (I didn't have issues before they fixed it -- but they said these fixes would "improve" its functioning). Now, only a couple months later, the AC has stopped working.

I had to have my compressor replaced and my initial visit from Ryan R was great. He came out the same day and were friendly. All of the people from Calloway were friendly and customer service oriented. My follow up appointment was scheduled when I requested it and I was working from home, they didn't distract my zoom calls, installed, let me know how to complete my warranty paperwork and were very friendly. I found Calloway after buying in New Orleans (while living on the West Coast) and trying to get everything squared away for my move. Another company I tried to work with kept promising a technician over a three day period and then never showed. I called Calloway (during the weekend no less) and Ryan came out before the end of the day. Fast-forward to February and I just had them out for my regular service and to check on my heat output.
I had the same wonderful experience, again with Ryan, of him working with me to explain all tasks he had completed and walking me through things on my unit I had asked him about. Would happily recommend Calloway for any and all HVAC needs in the New Orleans metro.

We had a water heater we needed replaced. They were responsive to phone calls, they showed up on time wearing masks, they were polite and got to work right away and for the value they provided, they were very reasonably priced. In fact, they were a significantly better deal than Mr. Rooter (rooter was a total rip). I would recommend Calloway & Sons. Ryan was a solid guy.
If I was going to give one area for improvement, the technicians could have taken a minute or two to clean up some of the dirt smudges left in the bath-- not a big deal but that's why they are 4 instead of 5.

Calloway and Sons showed up within 10 minutes of me calling (after the original plumber I had called failed to show.) Ryan was professional, courteous and provided me with a couple different options depending on what my budget could handle. We decided to get a new water heater which they installed the first thing the next day. Could not have asked for better service.

Within a day of my initial inquiry, they had a team out to help look into my A/C issues. Being a first time homeowner, I admittedly don't know (what I don't know) and they were EXTREMELY professional and walked me through everything they were looking into and explained their findings. If I could give them more stars I would! Left them a message the night before around 7p that my A/C was out.messaged me that night and called me by 8a the next morning and technician Dejuan was at my door by 830a.just OUTSTANDING. He had the issue traced down and my a/c back on in no time! Calloway and Sons just became my "go to" for all my A/C & Heating issues! As a realtor they're going to get some referral biz as well!

Ryan R. and Co did an exceptional job! He was informative and provided pictures with explanations on what was wrong and what it should look like. I never felt they were doing something that wasn't necessary. They both were following safety protocol in regards to COVID19 and were very personable. A/c went out on the hottest day of the year. Ari showed up, told me bad news that i need a new a/c, but the good news is he said he was going to get it done. I went and grab the new unit arrived back at my house and got the old unit and an installed the new unit in less than 4 hrs he was done at 930. Thank you Ari!

Ryan is awesome! I contacted Calloway & Sons this morning around 7am cause my mother's AC system stopped working. I received a quick response that they would be able to put us on the schedule for the same day. Shortly following I received a call from Ryan that he was on the way. He diagnosed our issue and placed parts on order for the same day.
My mother is elderly and I was extremely concerned that she would spend the weekend without air. But Ryan saved the day. I will definitely use them again. He also talked me into purchasing their Calloway Comfort Club yearly service program.

UPDATE Nov 2019: The system performed without problem until November when I first tried to turn on the heating system one cold day. I found the system was tripping my circuit breaker in my electric panel. Their tech came out and said the breaker wasn't the proper rating for the new system and some wiring in the attic would also have to be changed.
When I was ready for them to come out, I texted them and they replied with a text saying they'd be out between 4 - 6 p.m. the next day. Only, their tech, R---n, without even confirming that anyone was home, came out much earlier (a little before twelve noon). When I discovered he'd come and gone, I called him, whereupon he said someone told me they'd be out between twelve (and something - they hadn't) and that the text message I got saying between 4 - 6 was an automated response.
I found that hard to believe. But then, this wasn't the first time R---n had showed up at an unexpected time or, once, not at all. i.e. at the convenience of. certainly not me. So, not pleased with this response, I called their dispatcher, where, in the course of the conversation, I was told I was going to be charged for the job, which I objected to.
My thinking being that checking for proper wiring and a properly rated breaker when replacing a 15 year old system should've been part of the install. I was later relieved when she called me back to say I wouldn't be charged. But, for the inconvenience, confusion, and the hassle, minus two stars from my previous rating. Future updates to follow, accordingly.

An inspection revealed a lack of clearance between one of the furnace exhausts and the wood sub roof. Joshua came out the same day and verified the issue and sent a report to their office for a quote. I gave him a verbal go ahead so he left to obtain the needed parts to alleviate the issue. Received the quote via email and called the office to confirm approval to do the job. Josh called and he said he could still get it done that day.
He was back within an hour and explained what caused the problem and how he would rectify it. It was completed within an hour at the quoted price which was a bargain in my mind. He also added support straps prevent the exhaust pipe from sagging or in any other way moving Great job by a very credible employee of a first class company.

Came home from work and noticed the fan wasn't moving on my outside unit. Oof. Called Calloway and they had someone here within the hour. Dominic L - he was the technician. Fortunately, it was just a loose fuse. However, I was sure scared it was going to be a $500 job! He fixed the fuse and gave me the maintenance plan information. Their plan looks better than others I've seen, mostly because they allow for monthly payment rather than the lump sum for the annual/2-3 year contracts.
This was useful and i will probably enroll, since they also come out and do 2 visits a year to service your unit for summer and winter. I will definitely be calling them again if I have problems. Thank you Dominic for fixing it so quickly!

Good prompt integrity based service, returned all our calls immediately and had a genuine concern for the well being of my grandmother who was in overtly hot conditions.
