In 2007, Mike and his wife Jeanne started "My Dad's Plumber", working out of their home and the new Isuzu box truck. The only advertising they had was the big sign on the side of that truck and word of mouth. With the help of their loyal customers, MDP has grown to a five vehicle fleet. The plumbing and office staff may be larger now, but they still hold to the same simple mission: respect each other and work great together to take care of their customers.

I didn't get a chance to meet any of the technicians. I called to get a clogged line cleaned out, the guy was nice enough, but he informed me they only work on new construction. Hmmm. Should Advertise that instead of wasting my time.

This company was installing all new lines in a new construction next to my home. Their inconsiderate employees trampled all over my lawn and threw their PVC pipes onto my driveway. They pumped the water in the ditches in front of my house onto my driveway and destroyed a portion of my grass. If this is how they do business with such lack of consideration for other peoples property, then I can only imagine what type of job they will do for you.

And for those who have an opinion, Its all on video, they had plenty of room to complete their job on the other side of the property and I did contact them; however, they refused to contact me back. Zero stars is not an option, but that's what they should have earned!
