Terrible plumbers, had them come out and tore the bathroom apart sheet rock in the kitchen and other places. And left everything apart, didn't even put sink back In The bathroom or hooked it back up. This is the way they treat our elderly and military veterans. Took advantage of them. Terrible and sad.

These folks are true professional. I called another company and they charged me more for the service call, told me they shut down the leak but didn't and then wanted to charge me 3 times what Royal charged. Lance was great with the quotes and up front with the best way to save me money and Bryan and his helper were awesome got the leak repaired and a few other issues taken care of. I want be calling anyone else but Royal in the future.

We live in Portland. Royal Plumbing was the 5th company I called. The answering machine and the person answering the phone were clear explaining the base fee and the discount available for veterans and seniors. An appointment was available within a day or two, but they were able to set the appointment at my convenience. I was pleased to see only one plumber was sent to the house. Bryan is the plumber sent to our house. Bryan was courteous and friendly and most importantly he fixed the tub leak efficiently without having to leave the premises for the part. He fixed it in less than an hour. The work and the part is warranted for two years. When we need a plumber, we will call them first.

I called to inquire a ball park estimate about the install of a hot water heater located in a garage. The lady on the phone refused to give me any estimate without paying a $59 service charge. I then asked what the cost of a new 50 gallon Hot Water heater cost, and she told me that I would have to pay the $59 charge before she could tell me ANY price on anything. Poor way of doing business.

Royal Plumbing has always done a good job. After the annual inspection today, 10-24-16, I had to crawl into my attic tonight and adjust the hot water heater since there was no hot water. The technician had drained the water tank as part of the inspection. My wife was not happy in the cold shower. Paul Czerwinski
