Our dishwasher had been leaking for an unknown amount of time causing pretty significant mold issues behind our cabinets where we couldn't see. I reached out to BWS from my insurance company's recommendation. They did a fantastic job, had excellent communication through the process, completed everything in a very timely manner, and now our kitchen looks better than before the leak!

Every one of the contractors was professional, helpful, and very kind. While I hope I never have to deal with something like this again, if I do, I'll absolutely be using BWS again.

I we had a pretty bad water leak in our master bathroom. BWS came out to assess the damage and came back with a plan of action and a very reasonable quote for repair and remodeling. Jay and his crew were on time and went the extra mile in helping us get the bathroom back up and running. What I really liked about them was that they worked with us to know what we wanted in a remodeled bathroom and what the most feasible way of getting it accomplished. I cannot recommend them enough.

We needed our bathroom rebuilt from a leak that started in September. We started working with Better Way in October. It took several months to get anything started, partially because our insurance company was being unresponsive. While this isn't Better Way's fault, they didn't update us on any of the delays, so it took months for us to even start the rebuild process.

I asked multiple times to get the rebuild scheduled and they refused. When we finally got scheduled for a contractor to start work, they no-showed on us three different times. Some of these appointments were sprung on us the night before, causing us to cancel plans to fit them in. Completely clueless. We took our deposit and will have to start again elsewhere. Thanks for delaying our bathroom rebuild by several months.

We worked with Jay Cruz and Brandon Reese and both were responsive to our needs, worked in a timely way. I wish I had known about this company before because they are fabulous. They are prompt, reliable, nice, friendly, do excellent work and provide excellent customer service. After yet another roof leak and mold (same thing as last year, but poorly repaired), our insurance company referred us to Better Way Services. This was in August, after the rains when it was impossible to get anyone to do repairs. Better Way Services went out of their way to help. I highly recommend them.

Our water heater burst and destroyed about 15 feet of dry wall 3 feet up. Water mitigation ripped out the dry wall and trim. BWS arrived after drying process was complete and literally within days my garage looks new! From estimator actual dry wall repairman to supervisor, everyone was very professional, clean, well spoken and polite. I could not even imagine how smooth and orderly everything they set up and handled was! Will definitely use them for future contractor home repairs in the future and would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

Mario reinsulated our walls and ceiling, replaced damaged sheetrock and masterfully tape and textured our walls. You cannot tell there was ever any damage. He's even dog approved! So grateful to everyone who helped to return our house to our home. Thank you! Service: Water damage cleanup

Highly recommend! Contractors are very hard to locate here in Tucson, especially good and reliable ones. I would not hesitate recommending BWS to anyone. They were professional, excellent quality, and easy to work with. They did an amazing job especially through a very stressful time since we were dealing with fire cleanup and repair. We had a leak under our kitchen sink that damaged several cabinets. Better Way Services (BWS) is one of the preferred companies our insurance company suggested, and we are not disappointed that we chose them. The water mitigation process was good and pretty quick. We decided to change up the kitchen layout for the rebuilding process, and BWS came through better than expected!

The quality of materials and installation was fantastic. The only negative in the whole ordeal was a miscommunication on a delay in the schedule, but it was easily corrected. We hope to not have another claim, but if we do, BWS will be our first choice.

I recently had water damage throughout my home and contacted Better Way Services. They responded in an extremely timely manner and made sure that my home was taken care of as if it was their own. We are still in the repair process and they have shown great care and concern for my property. The staff that I have dealt with this far into the. process has been caring, courteous, and professional.

They did a great job! I felt Steve, the owner, was very involved from the beginning, coordinated everything wonderfully, and had everything under control. He went out of his way to make things easy. The painters, carpenters and plumbers we're on time and experienced. The women in the office were friendly and professional. Quite honestly, it was a relief to work with a company where everyone was on the same page. Although, they were busy, they made me feel that my job was very important to them and I appreciated that.

Due to a storm multiple items were damaged at our home. Better Way Services was so quick to respond and the quality of the repair work was more than awesome. The covered carport we had was completely destroyed. The craftsmanship of the carport they built back is a whole lot greater than the one that we had. The storage shed had been moved. sideways from the winds - it could not be slide back over.

Better Way Services build a brand new shed that is of quality to complete with the big box stores (I prefer what Better Way Services did because I get to watch them build it so I saw the expert workmanship that was going into building it). The roof was damaged - repair of the roof was quick and excellent. Each and every worker that was at our house was very courteous and professional.

I honestly could not ask for a greater company to work with. I recommend Better Way Services to anyone who needs repair work - I will even recommend them to insurance company. The work of Better Services is excellent, awesome and of utmost quality!

Do not work for this company they have a hostile working environment they are nice innthe beginning then watch out

My husband was previously in the construction business so we were very nervous as to what we'd find when finally returning to Tucson after a leaking refrigerator had caused $5000 in damages to our kitchen, living room and hallway. We were so delighted to come in and see our condo exactly as we had left it before the incident. It was as though it never happened. Saul was a great project manager. Thanks Better Way!

Great company to work with got the job done quick top notch work could not be any happier

This company is amazing. I have used them twice with terrific results. First time, part of my home was flooded from a broken pipe. Second time, last week, we suffered through a devastating home invasion when 2 doors were kicked in. Todd took my call at 7:00 am and immediately went to the home and secured it by screwing the doors shut. Don was assigned to do our work which included installing 2 new doors, trim work, and paint.

I can't say enough great things about this company. Not only do they complete the work in a timely and professional manner, they are great at holding your hand during a difficult and stressful situation. Thanks guys! You are all amazing and I won't hesitate to call you in the future.

After a disastrous morning yesterday with another company Better Way Services was a delight to deal with. Todd came in and assured me they would take good care of my home and they did! It's never pleasant to have to deal with your home being flooded but it helps ease the stress when you and your home are treated with respect and professionalism! BROVO Better Way Services. I recommend them; it is unlikely you will get better overall value from their other competitors in Tucson, especially right now since building trades are scare and in great demand with hurricane reconstruction in rest of USA. The office manager DAN NOYCE and some of his employees such as Steven Thorpe, John Payne and Mickey are genuinely committed to customer satisfaction and willing to go above and beyond the normal call of duty to please the customer.

Unfortunately this is not across the board for all their employees and subcontractors. BWS prides itself with outstanding customer satisfaction. Their charges are above average but not unreasonably high; you get what you pay for. I would definitely use them again. I hired them for mold remediation resulting from a leaking pipe and subsequent reconstruction.

A year ago today my house flooded while I was out of town. My insurance is through USAA & they referred us to this company. As you can imagine, having your entire house under water while you are thousands of miles away is very stressful. The idea of strangers in your home touching & packing all your possessions is a scary thought! The owner of the company, Steve, stayed in constant contact with us letting us know everything that was happening.

The person put in charge of my home, Eric, was fantastic! The owner's daughter works for the company & is in charge of packing up the homes, so I felt more comfortable knowing a woman was there. I had 5 animals in my home & they were incredibly helpful in getting them to a safe place. After living in a hotel for about 2.5 months I was blessed to move back into a brand new home. Eric really went above & beyond helping me throughout this entire ordeal.

He even cut a little entryway door into my hall closet door so that my cats litter box was concealed better. Of course, as with all things, it was 100% perfect, but in a situation with a magnitude such as this was-they were the BEST. Thank you Better Way Services for making a the best of a difficult situation. The only other review they have is very confusing to me, as I just can't imagine that happening. I would trust them in heartbeat if something like this was to ever happen again & I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone & everyone!

USAA, my insurance company, recommended that I use them to repair my home after mold remediation. They did a really nice job. Super easy to work with, not a bit of argument on anything, and willing to come back and fix anything that they didn't do right the first time. I didn't need to ask them for that, though, since they did everything right the first time.

Their employees went the extra mile on everything: just very cooperative. With other contractors I've often had problems with the super-nice sales person who made the "pitch, " being replaced by actual site workers with negative attitudes and poor cooperation skills. Not so with BWS. They had a job-site manager who could be reached at any time over the phone, but who also came out to my house several times just to make sure everything was going perfectly. That was AWESOME! They also cleaned up after themselves really well. I really recommend these guys.
