We received a call on July 14th 2008 after the large monsoon storm hit the Valley over the weekend. The roof had collapsed due to a large microburst and undersized drain pipes on the roof. The HVAC units had fell through the fire sprinkler lines and flooded the entire school over the weekend.

This Gilbert house fire was restored by Pinnacle Restoration in the year of 2009. The home owner wanted the foot print of the home changed. Also the ceilings are now vaulted, the kitchen is twice as large, the windows are more energy efficient, the cabinets, flooring, and fixtures are all updated and she is ecstatic to have a new modern home.

OMGOODNESS.I am still dealing with the mess they caused back in 2007-2009! Worst company ever & NOT trustworthy at ALL! After their lawyers attacked me, I filed a complaint with the ROC.i had 300+ items if concern & won against them on 95% of entire complaint!

I had a very negative experience with an unreputable restoration company earlier this year. Fortunately I was referred to Pinnacle Restoration for a recent issue that I had requiring restoration work. I was in regular communication with Jeff relating to the work that needed to be done. He explained all of the pricing to me, what could be expected, best or worse case scenario and was very reasonable in his pricing. I highly recommend this company to anyone that has the need for a restoration company.

Pinnacle Restoration is the best company to work with. Alexis Webb has been available for me and my properties 24/7. I have called PR when my community has had floods, & fires. Alexis communicated to me through the entire process from start to finish. They are competitively priced. If you ever have a flood, fire, or want to re build your home make sure to call PR.

I am a Regional Property Manager and I oversee 2K plus units. I have used Pinnacle Restoration on many different sites for 15 plus years. They always respond immediately, they are priced right and they offer great customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any fire, flood or mold damage as well as any of your general contracting needs.they do it all for me! 5 stars all the way!

If I could give this company a 10 star rating I would, I run a luxury apartment complex, so I need the best in the valley and we always go with Pinnacle Restoration. I had a unit bathroom that I needed to convert into a handicap bathroom which was occupied still, they came out and started right away the resident and I always had the best communication with Alexis Webb who hands down is the best around she always contacted me every day to make sure everything was going smoothly, in the end the work was awesome, beautiful finished product and the resident was so happy, if you ever need help you can always count on Alexis and Pinnacle Restoration to take good care of you.

Pinnacle has always been very reliable and provided great service. Alexis and the whole team follow up throughout the process and make sure the work is completed to high standards. Their subs are very pleasant to work with and take pride in their performance. Excellent service all around.

I can't reply to your message directly, but I contacted upper level management multiple times to have someone come out and fix the situation before posting my reviews. Like I said in the review, no one cared or was apologetic at all, or willing to have someone back out to fix everything.

AWFUL COMPANY! I have never had such a bad experience! They did an awful job, took way too long and had extremely poor customer service. Plus, they were 4,000.00 over estimate and did not even finish the job. Michael Custodio was VERY rude. Please do not go with this company or you will be ripped off too.

Don't know who is giving these guys good reviews. This company is terrible. They bid on an insurance job at the property and once it was approved they never came to do the work. The kitchen has been unusable waiting for the repairs. Spent weeks calling and leaving messages and no one would call back. Finally got the insurance broker involved and then they said the insurance estimate was to low so they won't do the job.

Very unprofessional. At the very least return a phone call and let people know what is going on. I've worked with multiple contractors and this is by far the worst experience. After reading the other reviews I think we dodged a bullet having a different company come do the work. There are too many choices to even consider this company. If your insurance company recommends them. DECLINE.

I had a water leak in my home and my insurance company said they were an approved contractor- which basically means that they will do the work for the insurance companies price and inturn get more business and referals from the company. Initialy the estimator was very nice and professional. He was out to my house on a Thursday. He promissed to contact me Monday or Tuesday at the lastest with my estimate for the work that needed to be completed for the repairs.

He also advised my insurance adjuster (who happened to be here at the same time that my leak was caused by debris on my roof. I hant been up there recently (its 20+ feet high) so I just took his word for it. I called out a licensed roofer and general to look at the area. Both said that this was an issue of the flashing failing. there was also somethingmising from around my fireplace (which either was never there or blew off with all of the wind storms we have had) missing which could have caused a water failure. Anyway. long story short. never heard back from Pinnacle, they didnt even get on my roof to assess the damage. I will not use them and would not recommend them.

These people did a VERY substandard job. A pipe burst with a freeze in 2006 and caved in my living room. Contractors were in short supply so I contracted with Pinnacle to repair the damage. They did OK on replacing the ceiling, the walls were to be cleaned, primed and painted and the carpet replaced.

If you are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE, I would suggest you GO ELSEWHERE! Byron came out on a Friday. Told him I had a 2 week deadline. Said he would call on Monday:.No call Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. I sent email on Wednesday. I called Thursday "morning", spoke to Jessica and she said Byron would call. He called at 6:46pm, left message and made no other efforts to contact me despite having 3 phone numbers.

I called them again on Friday at which time Byron said they were not going to do the job (about $3,000).Asked him why he didn't call me on Monday knowing I was on a deadline and his response, "It was a busy week." Thanks Pinnacle Restoration for leaving me in a bind.

I wouldn't use anyone but Pinnacle Restoration. We had massive water damage at our business and I called Pinnacle in a panic. They were here and started to go to work immediately. They took care of everything. We had to have parts of the roof/ceiling replaced, the inside of the walls dried, and some of them replaced, all the flooring replaced, and so much more.

It took a while to get everything taken care of but not as long as I thought it would. Everyone was great and it made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with having them every step of the way. - Arizona Catering

I was referred to Pinnacle Restoration by a friend for the broken water pipe while I was at work. My house was basically a giant swamp when I came home and there was a lot of damage! With that I did a look on Yelp to see what the reviews were because this is my home and I wanted it repaired by a reliable company and needless to say I completely agree with Rahul's review!

They were spot on and very professional and very flexible with my work hours. I have no clue what Christine is talking about since she had water damage and said some untrue things based on my experience. Having said that now down to the review, Pinnacle was very informative about what the water damage is and will do. So I had an idea of what the expect, now without tearing out everything there is no true way to see how much damage the water did and I understood that.

But the service was great and the problem was fixed in a timely manner. I'd definitely use Pinnacle again but hopefully under better circumstances if there is one for a home disaster!

I was introduced to Pinnacle Restoration in Mesa AZ through my insurance company and my Insurance Agent, The Arizona Group. I unfortunately had a water leak in my condo, and it caused damage to the walls, floors, and ceiling in a certain area. 1) They were very professional 2) They were very flexible 3) They were courteous 4) They were responsive 5) They were prepared with the right equipment All of this allowed my condo to be restored in a timely manner.

They even did some things for me out of courtesy, just beyond the scope of work that they were assigned to do. I definitely think they are a professional company. I would recommend Jere Webb and his crew to anybody needing services like this. While I hope that I never have a water leak again, I definitely may engage Pinnacle in the future, and hopefully not in the same circumstance as this time. Hopefully it would be something like a home restoration of a "new" purchase where the insurance company is not involved, but I am not sure what exactly Pinnacle's business model exactly is, and if they only do insurance work.
