Shower doors are like people. They come in all shapes and sizes. Use your imagination when ordering your shower door. These doors are available in a wide variety of glass patterns. A few of the more popular ones are rain, reed, cross reed, aqua tex, 42 clear, mist light, glue chip and a variety of colored glass.
Fogged
Report
Fogged windows are caused when the seal between the two sheets of glass fails and is compromised in some way. i.e. a hole, crack or deterioration from exposure to sun, weather or chemicals. A failed unit is usually noticed by fog or moisture buildup between the two pieces of glass. This will not get better over time.
Broken Windows
Report
Broken Windows are both an inconvenience and a hazard to the homeowner and their family. Once glass has been broken it is unpredictable and will continue to crack or break and can fall out and cause injury without warning. Broken glass should be considered a top priority on your list for replacement.

I put in an online request on Thursday evening after 9pm. I had a water leak and water was getting into my home from the rain. I received a call the very next morning first thing from staff at this company. They were at my home before 9:30am! I am SO IMPRESSED with the response and assistance. I will DEFINITELY be using them again and I highly recommend them!

Gave my info to every window dealer in the state over a inquiry to see how much a particular window costs. I'm not even sure if this is a real company, since I don't remember anyone ever contacting me using this business name, but I might have missed it from the other 50-60 calls I got trying to sell me windows

Waited for 3 weeks for my replacement window to come in. I made myself available for an already difficult to schedule install appointment. The team showed up on a Wednesday morning to install and said glass got damaged in transit. That same day they claimed a trim piece was missing on our window and wanted to charge us an additional $158 to replace.
For a $1, $2 item maybe? NOTHING has changed on our home since our consult and estimate was generated. Another appointment we made ourselves available for. We sent an email expressing our shock and frustration with that estimate and declined the outrageously priced trim piece. We asked for an update for our new glass. I followed up on Friday after 0 reply.
I was told the owner would call me back. That didn't happen. I woke up Monday morning to an EMAIL from the receptionist saying they decided to refund my money and quit the project. Zero explanation. Zero apology. I called for an explanation and was met by an insensitive woman who offered zero apology for wasting my time. Now I am back to square 1 with the window needing replacement. This was a complete waste of my time.

Everyone at Express was courteous and helpful. They were able to come out the same day I called to get an estimate for a window repair on a condo we were in the process of selling. They were in constant communication with me and the new buyer to coordinate the repair as soon as possible and got the job done to everyone's satisfaction.

Express Window Services installed all new windows in my 1918 home. From their office staff to their window installers, they were professional and courteous. I would use them again in a heart beat. Their salesman (who also owned the company) did not try to sell me anything I did not need and I felt like I was apart of their family. I was blown away by every aspect of their service. I chose to work with Express for replacement of my bay window because I know they have done a lot of volunteer work with local non profits and I appreciate that they give back to our community. What I also found out was that they are priced very fair, are prompt, easy to communicate with and did the job in record time.
