If I could give zero stars I would. Bosch sent me to this company when my dishwasher was getting an E-15 error message. AA Inc. Appliances told me the E-15 error message was related to the water valve. They replaced the valve and charged me $305.91. This did not work so they returned and said the issue was the door seal, which they replaced for $175.45.
This also did not work nor did they mention that Bosch had issued a Quality Alert for doors of this model dishwasher. They returned and said the issue was the heat pump, which would cost another $359.34 to replace. When asked why they didn't find this during their other visits they said it was somehow a new issue that was causing the exact same error message.
When I called the manager she said it must have been a mouse because they could not have missed this during the four other visits. The technician onsite never mentioned a mouse during his visit. We brought insect and rodent specialists in to inspect and they did not see any evidence of a mouse. To make matters worse, after their last tech left, the dishwasher no longer turns on.
We went from a functioning dishwasher with an error message to a dishwasher that was completely unusable. At this point, this company has charged me $481.36, has not fixed the problem, and has made my dishwasher unusable. They want another $359.34, with no guarantee that it will work. Their customer service is awful and none of their technicians wear masks. I have reached out to Bosch and the Better Business Bureau.

We are Baffled by negative reviews. After 10 years the Freezer on our Miele built-in refrigerator had stopped working. Made an appointment and they were on time. Bruce and Nate diagnosed the problem. They were able to replace an inverter rather than the entire compressor. Cost was surprisingly reasonable. Bruce's knowledge of the appliance was impressive. Based upon our experience, I would not hesitate to recommend AA Appliance Repair.

The atrocious work could have been avoided if I had read these reviews! We spent $300 for literally nothing fixed, and a week and a half without a dishwasher. The tech was unable to fix my practically new dishwasher, even though he claimed twice that it was fixed. He ordered a suspiciously expensive part, waited several days after it arrived to install it, then claimed it was fixed--but didn't actually even reassemble the dishwasher, let alone see if it was working.
Then he had no interest in coming back anytime soon to fix his own shoddy work. Phone communication with them was also rude and dismissive. I cannot discourage anyone enough from using this company.

Today, Decemer 10, 2020 this repairman showed up with NO face-mask. I supplied him one but was appalled but that. Does the company not have a policy? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONSIDERATE! Otherwise, work seems good. HA!. THAT WAS YESTERDAY. Today we discovered when we went to wash the dishes that the machine had been disabled-BROKEN. NO POWER. Now the best they have offered is to send someone on Monday.!@! 3 days later and the same repairman! AND it was all expensive!

$255 to replace 2 plastic spacers between the handle and the door on my dishwasher. No estimate provided. The parts couldn't have been more than $10. Charged $95 "service charge" to drive to my house (8 miles), then $151 for a "job rate" which includes parts and labor. Their labor rate was $90 an hour according to the tech. Tech was here 15 minutes.
I called their office as soon as the tech left and talked to a guy who offered me a 10% discount after being on hold (called the tech I'm sure). I told him I'd pay the $25 and post a few reviews instead. Wow. Do not use, unless you want to get ripped off when they hand you the invoice.

Absolutely appalling service! Two no-shows, and a last minute attempt to reschedule despite scheduling service weeks in advance. We will never work with them again and recommend you save your time and money by using a quality provider instead. Their lack of professionalism should disqualify them from being "authorized" service providers to high-quality brand appliances like Thermador and Bosch.

This company is being used by Miele for warranty repair in the DC Metro area. After a service request from Miele, "Brian" contacted me to schedule an appointment. He said I had to wait a couple weeks until he was in my area. I should have taken the hint that they think they are doing the customer a favor. He gave me a window of time. He came to our house. Walked by an open garage and solarium where we were clearly visible.
He claims to have knocked on the door and got no response. He might've waited 30 seconds and then took off. He called and I responded in 5 minutes and said we were a no show and he was going home. I explained this was unacceptable at which point he started yelling at me over the phone. My wife then called and he yelled at her as well stating he would never come back to our house ever. Can you believe that? Absolutely awful. Insist that your warranty repair never be booked through these clowns.

The tech, Tyler, was sweet and helpful and did a great job fixing my appliance but the person answering the phones is beyond rude and the office is incredibly disorganized. I've been trying to get a replacement receipt for my taxes for two months and they keep promising to email it to me and so far, they haven't.

Absolute highway robbery. No estimate over the phone, at all. I had plastic spacers replaced on a dishwasher handle. In hind sight, should have done it myself. About 8 screws, pop the door cover, and install the spacers, done. I was charged $95 "service charge" to show up (3 mile drive), and then $151 for a "job rate" that is supposedly parts and labor. I guarantee the parts were less than $20. $255.06, and the tech was here 15 minutes tops.

After telling me to expect a tech to call me with a 20 minute window (I cancelled my work because they couldn't give me even a 4 hour window) I received a call that said someone would call me "after 4 pm" 2. After 5 pm, I called, and was told that someone would come "later that night." 3.
After no one came and it was 9 pm, I left a message asking them to call me in the morning to reschedule. 4. No one called me the next morning. 5. After reaching someone, finally, I was told that "a tech would not be in my area, and someone could come out Tuesday." I asked if I could be prioritized, since my appointment was not even completed. Unprofessional company with rude staff. Appliance dealer gave me this number as an authorized Miele repair service that covers the Washington METRO AREA. AA Appliance Repair Inc refused to schedule an appointment to service my $2000 Miele washing machine because I live in Prince George's County. I guess they are afraid of black people.

Very impressed with the professionalism. Even though it was during the busy Thanksgiving period I was able to quickly get an appointment. Tyler came out, diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher We had to order a part because I have an older machine and in less than a week when he got the part Tyler called to schedule the installation for the next day. Very happy customer

I called over the weekend and left a message because our dishwasher was broken. Received a call on Monday. It was difficult to hear so I didn't catch the name of the lady I spoke with but we scheduled a time for Wednesday afternoon. She told me that I would be called wednesday morning with a time frame for wednesday afternoon and then the technician would call when he was on his way.
I took wednesday afternoon off from work to wait for the technician but by 11am I had not received a call. I called and spoke to the same woman whom I had spoken to on Monday and her response was "there's no one who is going to be out there today" and then she tried to reschedule for another day. I was irritated that I wasn't informed and while she tried to offer me other times later that week, none of those worked for me.
I told her that I was annoyed that no one had the courtesy to call and let me know they weren't coming that afternoon and that i will have to reschedule with another company as their times weren't convenient and she HUNG UP the phone. I didn't expect some extreme apology and I do understand that if a special trip has to be made service providers would like to schedule other appointments nearby, but what I don't understand is why they couldn't call me on Tuesday and suggest other times.
Or call me as they said they would on Wednesday morning. And then to hang up is just rude. I wasn't angry or yelling. I definitely was annoyed because I had scheduled time off from work and the company had no respect for my time or just basic courtesy.

Was referred by Thermador as an "authorized service provider." They were the only ones who could come on the same day -- actually came within hours. Within seconds polite, young technician identified the issue with my new dishwasher. A mounting screw had become loose which prevented the door from closing properly. The threads were striped so he did a "work around" that fixed the problem.
I was very pleased. So for response time, the tech's confirmation phone call, accurate arrival time and the fix (plus all the additional information I found out by talking to the tech) I rate them five stars.

I have been waiting for more than two (2) months to receive a basic, obligatory receipt for work completed in my home by AA Appliances. An AA Appliance Repair technician came to my home at Dupont Circle to replace the digital board on my kitchen's range. Upon completion of the job, the technician did not leave any sort of receipt with my tenant. Instead, the technician informed my tenant that the receipt for repair and confirmation of my payment would be mailed to me at my home address in Los Angeles, California.
I followed up with your office, confirmed my California address and was informed that the receipt would be mailed to me. This occurred over two months ago, and I have yet to receive said receipt. I have called AA Appliance Repair on at least two occasions to check on the progress of having the receipt mailed to me. Each time, I was informed by the lady who answered the phone that the receipt would be mailed. Utterly frustrated, I called AA Appliance Repair office again this morning to request the receipt.
This time, the same lady informed me that she was underpaid and that the office was both a mess and understaffed. When I informed her that two (2) months is more than adequate time for AA Appliances to provide my receipt to me, she abruptly hung up the phone on me. Her lack of professionalism and a blatant disregard for my rights as a customer are only matched by AA Appliance Repair's inability to complete a basic business transaction.
