Replace faucet and the Plumber wrote on invoice, replace sink and tried to charge me over $300. After he seen the discuss on my face. Settle for $260. He came over a couple of days prior and said: replacing faucet and fixing leak around toilet would cost $200 total. Also, charge extra per hour due to it being a Saturday appointment, after I requested a Friday or Monday appointment.

Office person guaranteed me, that no extra charge for them sending him out on Saturday. And Saturday he would have a more flexible time. Never ever will I use them again and I suggest to anyone else. Not to use this company, unless you just want to throw your many away. In a time when we are still dealing with Covid, Gas prices, etc. you have businesses that rip off and take advantage of people.

Critical:Professionalism Asked if they serviced my area and the response was yes but we just don't have the manpower. I clarified, not even for tomorrow, next week, next month and the answer was no. Pretty much a polite I dont want your work.

We recently used the services of Bakersfield Plumbing Co when we had a leak at our house. The company was quick to respond to our after hours service request. Mr Jose who came to fix the issue was knowledgeable and went out of the way to make sure the work to fix the leak was done the right way. Will definitely be using their services for future plumbing needs as they are reliable, honest and do work at a reasonable rate.

I'm sure with their unique brand name, long history and many 5 star reviews they are top notch. My only negative is the $49 service charge in advance for obtaining any repair estimate that can be applied to work order. I didn't hire them but they have 24/7 human answering the phone!

Part of my ceiling fell in because of a leaking pipe. I was very impressed with how fast they were at my door and how quickly the job was done. I did not expect to have the leak fixed so quickly. The rate is very fair. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely my first choice when it comes to plumbing from now on. Bakersfield Plumbing Co is legit. We had a hot water heater installed. Bakersfield Plumbing did a wonderful, clean, up to code install. Joey was very professional and did an amazing job. So glad I found my new plumbers!

I called them to install a kitchen faucet. The lady who scheduled my appointment said $95/ hour. She did not mention any other charges. The guy who came to install the faucet finished the work in 40 minutes. I was watching the time. After finishing the work he asked me to pay $142.00 for one and half hours saying that he is charging for driving time also. The lady who scheduled never mentioned anything about driving time. Be careful with them. Work is ok but charges are too high.

Had major water pipe links in my home and had to replace the entire house with new water lines. It took a total of five days to complete the work. The workers and workmanship was outstanding. Highly recommend this company.

They were very polite and hard working, and didn't have a problem with me hoovering over them asking questions so that I could learn how to do it myself!
