They take forever to submit a proposal. It wasn't detailed. We also asked for a full roof. Quote. Poor customer service.

Great guy came out to do my estimate. I really liked how he informed me of what was going on. However, I never got my estimate. It has been 1 month. I noticed many other reviews saying the same thing. Too bad this place can't get things figured out on the office end.

Professional organization that handles its business the old fashion way. They roofed a house I needed to sell fast and stopped a leak in my current home. I'll be looking to them to replace my gutters. We did finally get our gutters in last month. Baker's quote was a bit higher than others I received but decided on them and I'm glad I did. Two workmen had all our gutters made and installed in one day. The new gutters look great.

Baker roofing did a great job replacing dry rot on our roof and eaves. They gave a very fair estimate and once the started the repair they completed it in a timely fashion. The roofers did a fantastic job!

Don't bother calling this company, it is a waste of time. I called this company to get an estimate on replacing my roof, the President, Troy Baker, came out and viewed and measured my roof, that was Sept. 6, 2017. Since then I have called 4 times to get the estimate. No one has returned my call, its been two weeks.

Unresponsive and overbooked. It has been over 2 weeks since they got out to my building for a "temporary leak repair" and were supposed to send me a proposal for a "permanent repair". I have received nothing from Baker while tenant reports it continues to leak in the same location. After numerous calls to their office to inform them of the continued leak and to check status on their proposal, they continue to push my job order back with no sense of urgency from their end.

I am a past customer who is fair and understanding. However I would have appreciated if they would've disclosed to me just how busy they were when I first called them for service (2+ weeks ago) so that I could make other arrangements. Now I have to start the leak process over with another company. Such a waste of time!

I am a bit disappointed with the service. I called this company because, due to heavy rain, a couple of leaks occurred. This company was opened and had good reviews so I called. Our conversation went something like this: Me: Hi, we have two leaks at our home. Can someone come take a look and provide an estimate? Jackie: Have we looked at this property before? Me: No, this is the first time calling for any repair. Jackie: We are booked and cannot have anyone come out today. Sorry.

Have a good day. Me: Wait, is there another day and time that someone is available? Jackie: Yes, we can have someone come sometime next week. Me: Yes, okay, that works. What days and times are available next week? Jackie: I don't know (something about the logs or log people aren't there) so I can't tell you. Me: okay (brief pause) okay, I guess. thank you. Feedback: This is first time I contact this business.

The impression I got of this business is nonchalant and not interested in new customers. Wish they would have followed up with "can I get your number and I'll have someone call you later" or similar. Be a bit more interested and proactive. On to the next company.

Needed to find concrete tiles to match my existing 20 year old roof. They were extremely generous in walking through their bone yard with me and helping me find some matching tiles. When they couldn't find any more, they gladly referred me to a supplier who had more in stock. They've been around for more than 50 years and I'd do business with them again anytime!

We purchased a large home a year and a half ago and the roof leaked horribly (even though Larry Peters Roofing gave us a clear 2-year roof inspection!). We needed a total re-roof and we knew we would find lots of dry rot damage. Nick was always prompt and courteous in his responses to our questions and the work started shortly after we signed the contract.

It took 3.5 days with Joe's team of 6 workers, but they did an amazing job and I could not be happier with my new roof and gutters/downspouts. We had no attic ventilation previously and this has made a huge difference on these hot days. They also did a superb job on all the carpentry and dry rot at a reasonable price, and took care every day to clean up their debris and any mess left behind. As a Roof Consultant, I managed a small commercial roofing project for a client in Lodi recently. It was my first time working with Troy Baker and his company, and I found Troy and his crew to be very professional, thoroughly competent and a pleasure to work with. The project involved reroofing with concrete tile, and while there were numerous opportunities to be sloppy and break an excessive number of tile while handling hundreds of tile which were to be reused, they didn't. Importantly, all the roof components were properly installed, the tile courses were straight and the job site was left clean at completion. Based upon this experience I couldn't recommend Baker Roofing enough.

Baker Roofing put a new roof on our house in 1996. The roof was raising up in a spot over the garage. I called and asked that they come and look at it to see what might be the cause, expecting that there would be a charge to fix it after such a long time. Joe came out and the next morning the men were here to fix the problem with no charge. At the same time they cleaned my gutters.
