We first met Jesse from Sustainable Edge when he came by asking if we wanted him to take a look at our roof after a big storm. My wife was very impressed with him and even after she declined he was not pushy but professional. I kept Jesse's card for a year until we were ready to start the replacement process. I contacted Jesse and he came out a short time later. Jesse was incredible throughout the entire process.
He worked with my insurance to make sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond for us. We ended up waiting another year after that and Jesse was patient with us and always professional. The crew that tore off and replaced our roof was amazing. They were constantly cleaning up and worked super-fast. They also replaced the skylight, sun tubes, and vent fans.
They did an amazing job and our roof looks perfect. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is superb. I can't say enough about how good Jesse and Sustainable Edge have been to us.

My mother lives in San Antonio, and after a hail storm damaged her roof, she had her roof replaced by this company's San Antonio branch. She was very happy with the results and sent pictures showing the work and how happy she was with it. The company and its employees were professional, courteous, and arrived on time. Their work was completed in a reasonable amount of time.
She has since been asked by her neighbors who did her beautiful new roof. Roofing contractor Robert Jimenez and the other workers did a great job. She takes a lot of pride in her beautiful home, so I'm glad to know the new roof is looking good.

We were very pleased with this company's work. Their crew cleaned up and we hardly knew they were there, except for a beautiful new roof. However, be sure to compare your estimate with the actual contract before signing, and do not share your insurance information before signing the contract. We were very disturbed by the difference.
