Critical: Professionalism Called for a quote for the siding on my home because of my residential location made a statement that I couldn't afford the service I wouldn't recommend them for any service do to poor customer service

My wife and I had windows installed on our house we just purchased. David got back to us in a timely manner, and met us at the house for an estimate. He provided all the needed documentation for the windows and took the time to carefully go over the contract and warranty information. The contractors installed quickly and professionally. Installation was clean and no messes were left behind. We are extremely happy with the job done and highly recommend David and Quality Exteriors.

We purchased an investment property and it needed updated along with new windows. My mom moved into the property, she is elderly and has severe health problems. She has to keep the temp at 72-75 to prevent her body from hurting and locking down. Her heater has constantly been running. Kyle came over, measured the windows and got them ordered. They came in and his crew started working on installing.

They are so experienced and professional they did one window at a time so my mother wouldn't be in any discomfort. The installed 19 windows in 1 day. And came back the next to finish wrapping. By the time they left on day 1 within 20 minutes my mom had to turn down the heat. It was keeping warm and holding the temperature. I've always heard new windows would help with energy bills but I fully believe it now.

We have a home that was built in 1969. After meeting with David, we were sure that these new windows would bring our house into the modern era. They replaced over 17 windows in the matter of hours. Usually faster service means worse quality, but each team member worked efficiently and professionally. All three of them took time to describe the process to us during their time at our home. They even cleaned the windows when completed. We are beyond happy with the finished product and will use them again in the future.

Quality Exteriors put in all new windows in our house on 4-28-20. My wife and I absolutely love the new windows. The process was painless, the guys were awesome, and they did all the work in one day. The windows are great quality windows that look amazing and we got it all done for a very reasonable price, especially compared to the other quotes we got.

You can tell they take pride in their work. All the windows are tightly fit and sealed, every little detail is perfect, and our house was as clean when they left as when they got here. They even took down and put back up the blinds and window dressings for us when they were done. Honestly turned out better than what we were even expecting, and this was well worth the money.

David, Kyle, and their installers did a fabulous job on my home. I had all new windows with new siding, soffit, and trim pieces. The house looks great. They were super friendly and professional. I met Kyle and David at the annual Lubbock home and garden show. They came out gave me a detailed and professional estimate to replace a defective window with a 3 panel sliding glass door. Excellent job! Looks as if door was always there both on inside and outside. I am so glad I was able to see their work at the home and garden show to feel confident with my choice.

We recently got new windows for our house. I conducted extensive research & fou d that their windows are AAMA certified & have the highest average efficiency ratings from the NFRC of any window sold around Lubbock. I was unable to be there for the first sales appointment, so they came back & showed me their windows again! The order only took about 6 weeks to fill & they installed right away. Installers did a great job and even re-set the dining room table after they finished cleaning up! Overall this was a great experience & I highly recommend them to everyone!

Our windows look great but that is as far as they go. They leak air, whistle, let dirt and noise walk right in. We have discussed this with more then one employee when they came to replace broken glass panes. Each of them said they would get with their pros when they returned to the shop and get back to us. Hasn't happened yet. The last person we discussed this with was Mike Beasley.

He stated the windows should have been sealed with foam when put in then calked. I would bet money they were never sealed with foam because I was here the entire time they were installing the windows and there was not enough time or attention spent on each window to do that much detail. They have been calked. Mr. Beasley stated the only way they could know it the foam had been put in was to take one of the windows out and check it but it seems they are unwilling to do this

The high-pressure sneaky guys is what I call them. First, there's some guy going door-to-door in your neighborhood, and not looking very professional ( no obvious I.D., etc. ). Then they won't give you an estimate without your spouse or partner in attendance! They say it's "because both of you will have various questions and need to pick colors".

The home office salesman called ( 360-828-1837) and told me their "policy" to have both homeowners present is to answer all questions. ( Really, like no further questions come up after the initial estimate?) Their real reason they pull this stunt is an old sales tactic; they need to close the deal fast as possible and cannot do that without both owners present at the same time to "sign on the dotted line.!" They also push doing an inspection and getting into your attic to "check things out." It didn't matter we'd already decided to replace it so no inspection needed, just an estimate.

They could not seem to understand that. They just robotically rattle off their pitch. I had to cancel their appointment. Then they called back and argued with me about having the both of us there. The sales "closer" told me any subsequent questions, after their visit, would raise the cost of the project. WHAT!? After all his illogical pushing I advised him not to call back, ever. I had no other roofing company try such tactics.

Quality Exteriors did a fantastic job installing our windows. The windows came in about a month after they were ordered, the installation crew called and setup an appointment when they would be here to install the windows. It took the crew about a day and a half to install our windows and clean up after themselves and bam they were gone and all 17 windows looked great.

They had one young man inside with a vacuum cleaner cleaning everything. We got our 1st full months electric bill and July was hotter than last year and we used less electricity this year and our bill was about $30.00 less than last years. That sounds like money in my packet and that is the way I like it. Quality Business-Thats my kind of business. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

My inbox keeps getting flooded with their scams because of the hail. Tired of it, I posted on one of the ads, get a message from Dave the owner calling me a jackass and to stay off his business page. Phenomenal customer service lol.

The good and the terrible. Terrible: Had to wait almost two months for installation after ordering products. Had to call multiple times to get installation date set up. Did not measure the depth of our windows correctly so when new windows were installed our shutters wouldn't close. Had to wait another two weeks to get shutter situation fixed. (They did pay for the fix.as they should have since it was THEIR mistake but they acted like they were doing us a favor). Replacement door threshold almost 8in above exterior landing.

So once again incorrect measurement for the replacement door. Original estimate was $400 less than what was charged at the end of the work. Mr. David Karvas was rude and unprofessional on several occasions. Good: Free estimate (but who doesn't do this), don't have to pay until work is complete. Installers were excellent, on time, and professional. Overall this was one of the most frustrating home renovations I've been involved with in 15yrs. My advice is to give your business to someone else.

I never give these but I wanted to review this job. Very nice and professional estimate process. They wanted to make sure my husband was there also so we were on the same page, which is a bit offensive but I understand because I don't know all the construction terminology. It was not a full job just fixing sections on an add on. Maybe they perform differently on bigger jobs.

So I was told it would take 1-2 days, but it took 4 the first time they came. When we looked at it, we were not happy with the work. They came back out and fixed it, but kept blaming the new guy. Also we had to argue with them about something we all agreed to in our initial estimate consultation. Just been frustrating, it's been a long process.

I just feel like there should be more follow-up by the person initially looking at the work to make sure it's what they agreed and work they are proud of. I was tired of being the bad guy pointing out the quality of work. There are still a couple of issues, but I was able to get the major things corrected. Pros-pricing, professional estimate, don't pay until satisfied, responsive Cons-time, quality of work, communication from quote process to the end of job (this is not the same person)

I was very impressed by Quality Exteriors. They replaced all six windows in my home. The crew did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Also another local company who came to give me their price to replace my windows seemed pushy about getting my business. I highly recommend Quality Exteriors! #bullittmendoza
