They were working on a neighbor's system and parked outside my unit. The tech coughed violently, gagging and making a retching sound, then spit on the ground several times. Then he lied about wearing a mask, saying the attic was dusty so he took the mask off outside. I was on my porch from the moment he parked and I watched him walk back and forth without a mask several times.
He didn't cough as he left the 'dusty' area. Mucous doesn't build up THAT much in a hot minute. Do you really want that sort of disregard for hygiene in YOUR home?

I was amazed how fast Enrique was available to go inspect our tenant's AC unit & get it back up and running. He was communicative with both me and my tenants, and clearly explained the part needed and the pricing. The cost was very reasonable. When an AC unit goes down in the middle of the summer in Sacramento, it can be a pretty painful process and Enrique made it a breeze. Thank you!

Very responsive, called late afternoon and got an appointment the very next morning, 9am. Enrique Villarauz, the owner, arrived at 9am. Six months earlier he had replaced the mother board on my 24 year old ac unit. The heater side of the ac was not responding. I was impressed with his abilities to diagnose the problem and his approach to the problem, starting out with the least expensive to the more involved possible solution.
As it turned out, the problem was in the mother board he had replaced 6 months earlier. He replaced the faulty mother board which involved having to drive from El Dorado Hills to West Sacramento and back for the replacement part. All said and done, he spent hours due to his travel time. When done he refused to charge for work or the replacement mother board saying he earlier had guarranteed his work and stood by that.
He made a point of telling me exactly what the problem was and the process to repair my ac. As the owner, Enrique Villarauz is very personable, knowledgeable, and honest. I feel like I've gained a trusted friend.

Enrique and his partner came out to fix the pvc pipe that broke in our air conditioner and sprung a leak. We called him and he came out the very next day even though it was a holiday. He was even kind enough to talk to the home warranty to make sure we get reimbursed part of the charges as they wouldn't have been able to come out for a couple weeks. He fixed the issue right away at a reasonable price. Woukd recommend him and will use him in the future

ACP Mechanical came out promptly after calling them for an estimate for an ac system replacement, I was pleased when they offered me a better system at a lower price than my other estimates, after I agreed they then started work the next day and finished the project the day after that and they did a really great job. I know it sounds cliche, but if you want a prompt, courteous and professional company to fix your ac system, these guys are a great choice.

I am so happy with ACP. Mr E came during the hot week of 100's. We came home to find the AC pouring out hot air. I called ACP he came out diagnosed, orders parts, repaired unit in attic hottest day 109. By as he promised he got us running again. Saved me money by not just applying a bandaid, putting in refrigerant, that would just leak out. A wonderful man, stands by his work! Will put you first! If I ever need help, he's first on my list! We were so grateful that a technician would make the trip out to look at our broken AC unit on a 108 degree day! It was a Sunday, and Father's Day, so we didn't expect anyone to actually tell us they would come out, and were pleasantly surprised when our AC was up and running just a few hours later. He let us know that we would need another new part he would have to get on Monday morning, but he was able to give us 24 hours of cool air in the meantime which made the different between a pleasant Sunday or a miserable day of trying to survive the heat. The AC system is working well now, and our technician was polite and we were completely comfortable having him in and around the house while he worked. Thanks ACP!

Just had Enrique come to my house to check my air conditioners for the warm weather to come. He was on time, very professional. Very helpful with tips of as he noticed my dryer vent releasing lint. He suggested that I get that cleaned out as well. Unfortunately he doesn't have the equipment for that yet. Hopefully next time. He kept reminding me to change my filters which I'm bad at doing. Thank you Enrique for all of your help.

Well I don't know where to start. My mother lives alone and is 85 years old. She had service done on her A/C last summer. Well less than a year later and the A/C stops working again. We call ACP out again and they where busy so we called another company for the repair. This is where it gets interesting. The tech comes out and finds the following. 1 blown fuse and 2 burned wires.
His discovery: outside unit over heated due to clogged coils, fan motor is on it's last leg, fuses stopped unit from catching fire. So my mother gets out her bill from ACP. Last year ACP charged her $180.00 to clean the coils, $650.00 to replace the fan motor, $98.00 for fuses that cost $14.00 @ Home Depot for a pair. GRAND TOTAL of $928.00 for work not completed.
The fan motor is rusted in place. The part number on the fan motor does not match the invoice. After some research the motor that is in the A/C unit has not been manufactured in 15 years. The tech was not aware of any work previously done. He got the unit running and cooling but recommended the outside unit needs to be replaced. He gave a list of 15 different A/c companies and asked that we verify his estimate with any of the ones listed.
We called out another company and they recommended the exact same repairs. Enrique is a crook. We will use any means available to put this guy out of business. I don't mind paying for repairs if they are done. Stay away from this guy he prays on innocent consumers.

Enrique was super helpful and punctual. He is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I called for a seasonal service for my AC, but he answered all my questions about the system and how to most efficiently use the multiple thermostats/zones in my house. He also was very familiar with the Smart Vent that is installed in my home and was able to explain to me how it works and how to best use it to save on electricity. He addressed all my concerns and really took his time to explain everything. Next time I need any service on my AC I will be calling him first.

Beware! This company is a one man show he doesn't complete the work and he is the owner. The owners name is Enrique and he is very rude. He arrived to my home he checked the filter and that was it. He didn't have a latter which was unprofessional so I let him use my latter. He checked my filter and didn't check anything else. He didn't explain any of his work.
He was in a big hurry charged my insurance and didn't tell me or my son he was leaving. No did he follow up with me with a follow up call. He charged my home insurance and I contact him to chat about the concerns. He spoke with broken English and sadly to say He wasn't a good listener nor could I understand him. When I was trying to adress my concerns he was rude and spoke over me.
I felt as a woman he tried to basically express shut up and listen to him only. He didn't care what I have to say. Guess what my insurance is still paying for his service and I have to call another AC contractor. He is not a honest person. BEWARE! If you don't check his work. He will make it seem like everything is ok and take your money please get a second opinion.
If he was at your house please get a second opinion or watch him perform the work and make sure your AC is really having a problems. God is my witness he lied so much to me. I want everyone to know the truth. Be carefull
