Cameron was amazing. He got my heating and air conditioning situation squared away. When I had an issue of it not working Cameron came out and told me, kindly, of my user error (check your filters, folks!) I would 100% recommend Monarch and Cameron and I would use them again.

I thought I would get on here and give an informed and impartial review, and in so doing, I would help Monarch get more clients. I can see that my review is not needed. An average rating of 4.9 stars doesn't need my help. I am still eager to refer Monarch to whomever will listen. Yesterday, I took a picture of my thermostat that showed to be set at 71° with the ambient sitting at 75° and sent it to Kamran.

The caption said, "I am concerned that there might be something wrong." Within two minutes, he texted back, "I am on my way." My A/C was fixed within two hours. He is kind. He is punctual. He is thorough. He is a hard worker. I recommend Monarch.

Cameron did an amazing job! Our 27 year old HVAC unit needed to be replaced and he was able to help us very quickly. It felt like he made us a top priority so we weren't without heat. He took the time to show us problem areas and explain what he would do to replace and upgrade everything, and afterwards showed us the upgrades and fixes. He was very professional and very quick to respond to questions via phone. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone needing help with heating and air.

Amazing business! My AC went out and I had Monarch come over to check it out. The AC coil had a leak and would need fixed. I decided to try to go through my insurance company, but the soonest they could schedule was over a week out. I tried to wait it out, but it was hitting 90 in my house. I called Monarch back to let them know what was going on.

He understood and scheduled a fix the next day. Before the end of the day was even over he called me back letting me know someone had canceled and he could make it the same day! I absolutely recommend Monarch. They'll do everything they can to make sure you're happy and comforterable.

Best price and best service hands down. Camron was extremely professional, punctual, and straightforward. He gave prices including tax and labor so there were no surprises. Our whole HVAC system was old and needed to be replaced and out of all the quotes we had gotten, Monarch was the best by far. Highly recommend! He even stayed late to get our heat going when the temperature was going to drop the next day, cannot say enough good things!

I was disappointed with the serviceman, because his main incentive was to sell me a new unit. He said that mine was old, it was low on freon (I didn't see him check it), so I must have a leak. He said that it was time I upgraded to a new unit, although mine is only 13 years old. He made a big show of checking the temperature coming out of the vents.

I made him go in the attic and look at the furnace. I expected him to look for a leak in the coil, since that would have been an obvious place to look, but he didn't do that. I have a receipt for the service call, which I will be glad to post, as well as a cancelled check.

Power went out to the unit which they had installed. Called for service. They were here within 2 hours, fixed within another hour. Awesome service! Service: HVAC maintenance

I was using Monarch for a/c and furnace tune-ups ( two systems for our 2 story home) for about a year. During that time, Shawn was coming to the house and on each visit I found his work very satisfactory, thorough and competitively priced. I felt I finally found a HVAC company I could trust. Last fall I once again called Monarch for our furnace check-up.

I was expecting Shawn to answer but was somewhat taken back when Cameron answered instead. Cameron explained that Shawn took on other employment and sold the business to Cameron. I was hesitant setting an appointment date until I could do a little recent review research but the more Cameron talked, the better feeling I had about him so I went ahead and made an appointment while still on the phone. Cameron has now been to the house twice for HVAC check-ups.

On each visit I told myself I made a great decision by going with my hunch. Cameron spends about an hour during each visit making sure all settings are correct, contact points are in order, thermostats are working correctly, filters are clean or replaced without additional charge, etc, etc. He truly does outstanding work and when finished he assures me he will come to the house for non appointment / emergency service if ever needed.

I've used Monarch to install 2 complete systems in my 2-zoned house in the last couple of years. Cameron came and replaced a faulty thermostat for me yesterday (under warranty), and he cleaned both systems to look like they were brand new. After cleaning, the units produced air that was a couple of degrees cooler. It's cool and comfortable inside!

Kevin replaced the blower wheel on furnace unit back in February. It came loose less than 4 months of install in June. He came out and installed two screws and got it working again. He charged me a $85 service call which is fine. He left and we were waiting 45 minutes for it to get it to cool down which it never started to do. Blower in furnace was running, but went outside and noticed the unit wasn't running.

We called him back out again and he came back quickly. He charged a second service call of $85 for coming back in less than an hour of him leaving. Apparently he didn't system check the unit making sure it was actually working and charging two service calls. Doesn't seem right. I have been a landlord for 28 years on multiple properties and never had a service contractor charge two service fees in less than an hour of leaving when he should of system checked the unit before walking away. Very disappointing.

We have used Monarch for several years. They were thousands cheaper than the competition on a full AC/furnace replacement - and we've used them ever since. Both units at our home died after 20 years during the day before the ice storm. Camron responded with new install within days, even working ahead of the power company to have us up and running when power was restored. Very hard working and professional. I needed a new system and I recieved multiple quotes. Not only Monarch heat & Air provided the best quote but the unit brand was even much better quality than others. Cameron was very diligent and finished replacing my entire system in less than a day. I have used Monarch previously and love their customer service and work quality. I recommend them to everyone, they won't disappoint!

Called for appointments and set up for the next day at 6pm. Very convenient that he has appointments available after 5pm. He arrived a few minutes late, but called to give me a heads-up -- which gets him a pass in my mind. Within five minutes of arriving and without touching the HVAC unit, he was able to troubleshoot the problem and gave me a price.

I paid $80 for this visit -- which gives me mixed feelings. I'm sure he's invested lots of time learning his trade and gaining his expertise. Upon his departure, I researched his diagnosis because I was slightly skeptical of his hands-free diagnosis. My research confirmed his diagnosis. Cost of the part: $55 for generic or $125 for name brand. Time to replace: 20 minutes After learning that, I'm a little disenfranchised with his repair quote of $480.

Needed to replace one of the HVAC units; called 4 companies to get bids, and Monarch was one of the lowest (by a significant margin), and when asked if he could meet the price of the lowest bid, he agreed - Not that the lowest bid was the only factor. My husband and I really liked Shawn (owner) - It didn't feel like he was trying to upsell us on unnecessary upgrades, and he had a straight-forward / knowledgeable personality.

So where things get to 5-star worthy: before replacing the HVAC unit, we had another company come out to replace our attic insulation - They found one of our ducts was semi-detached and we needed to get it re-attached before they could blow in the new insulation. We needed someone to come out the next day (and it was later in the day when I was informed of this need) - Contacted Monarch and Shawn was able to juggle some things and got a person out first thing the next morning - That's stellar customer service.

It ended up that we actually needed to replace all the ducts and went with Monarch for that job too - Shawn's crew was awesome. They were exceptionally considerate of trying to minimize the mess in the house - I felt completely at ease with having them in my home, and most importantly - They did a fantastic job. The new HVAC and ductwork have my house and wallet feeling mui bien! Monarch has some of the best prices around and they do an exceptional job - Highly recommend for your HVAC needs!

I have used Monarch Heating and Air for more than 20 different jobs on my rental homes. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very professional in their jobs.
