Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value after having continuous issues after David (owner) updated firmware, he kept telling us we had other issues etc, the ISSUE WAS he only updated 1/2 the firmware. had another Hayward CERTIFIED tech fix his MISTAKE. H2oasis charged $225.00 for a job NOT COMPLETE and done WRONG.

An LED light in my pool failed outside of warranty so I did a search online and found H2Oasis. I liked the reviews regarding experienced, reliable technician. I received quick quote and David came out the next day. David was very pleasant, knowledgeable and experienced so the job went quickly and professionally. He took the time to explain that my light was installed improperly and perhaps that caused the failure.

I was also happy to learn that the new light has a three year warranty, whereas the failed light had just one year. I will definitely use them for any future needs and highly recommend H2Oasis to others.

My husband called this company after learning that our pool builder no longer has a maintenance division. When he called he explained the service we needed was because the lights on our waterfalls were not working. He was told upfront there was a charge for coming out but would be credited towards repairs. No problem. Problem came once they came out and said "we don't do this type of work" and charged us $100 for doing nothing. They should have never scheduled a visit if this isn't the type of work they do! What a scam. And now we are out $100!

Overpriced and tons of baked in extra fees. Just feels like a company trying to overcharge for everything

I do not use H2Oasis Pools as my weekly pool cleaning company, but David Howard was recommended to me by the man who has been taking care of my pool for a few years. When I had a major problem, he was honest enough to admit that I needed someone more qualified to handle the electrical work involved with my repair. That's how David became involved.

I have an older pool, so therefore, I realize that things will be breaking down, as much as I dread it. With that, I have called on David (and Tania) 3 times now. He always fits me in, gets to the root of the problem and explains it in a way that I can understand. The repairs are costly, but they have been major components in my system. The company has been fair to me, and are always prompt and courteous. Today, after his diagnosis, my problem was a breaker that was fried, due to lightning hitting my house, and a Booster Pump replacement that was necessary. David left and went after those two parts, then was able to get my system back up and running.

Once again, I was in good hands. I will continue to use this company when I encounter failures of this equipment, though hopefully not too soon! Highly recommend David and H2Oasis Pools!

This is a great pool service company. Had a pool motor burn out under warranty and contacted them and they were here within two days to replace it with a new one. Great job David.

We had an IT issue with the Omni Logic connecting to the internet given we had recently installed a new modem. Called H2Oasis, service tech shows up, indicates the Omni system is working properly and it is an IT issue on our side. Sent me the bill and I felt more should have been done to assist as I am sure they install new Omni systems and this can't be a new issue. Called them and spoke to Tania. Needless to say I couldn't have been more impressed as she called Hayward directly and they assisted her in solving the issue.

She called me back to walk me through the steps; I tested the connection on the app and all worked great. Part of this is due to my ignorance as this is the first time I encountered the issue and will know next time what steps to take, but I REALLY appreciated Tania going above and beyond for the customer. Thank you Tania! Have had H2Oasis service and maintain my pool for over 2 years now and would highly recommend them!

H2Oasis has been great and taken the pool cleaning workload off of me. They have been on time (rain or shine!) and are friendly, especially Jose. I would and do recommend them!

My HOA has been thru a lot of pool service providers and H2Oasis is BY FAR the best. They are more expensive than others but completely worth it to have someone dependable and trustworthy who has the knowledge and resources to fix every little mishap. This review is long overdue! David Howard, the owner, and his team of consummate professionals at H2Oasis have provided weekly pool services and maintenance for our home in the Rice Village area for more than 6 years. They always exceed all expectations- both in quality and costs for repair and equipment. David Howard and his team are easily accessible via text and respond to all concerns and questions immediately providing assistance over the phone when possible or in person.

Over the years, David and his team have replaced our three pool pumps, LED pool lights, control board and pool heater, in addition, to weekly cleaning and system maintenance. We give our highest recommendation for H2Oasis for all your pool needs.

Oasis Pools has been cleaning and maintaining our pool for almost 3 years now. They have done a great job. Currently Jose is my assigned technician and he is always making sure the pool is balanced. Company notifies me when they see that the equipment is failing or should be checked.

This company is BELOW 1 star. Hayward dispatched them to do a warranty job but after 5 times of me trying to get them out (truck broke down, Tech called in sick, ect) they finally "say" the arrived, but they must be invisible because NOTHING ever showed up on my cameras. Furthermore, the Hayward warranty person said a report was sent in to the home office and explained that they could not replace the light because to fish-rope broke and they could not pull the light out. B.S. STILL noone on camera.

The must have time travel equipment because I've not seen a soul from that company. I FINALLY got the clue that H2Oasis Pools does not want to service any customers or want my business, so I requested (from the Hayward Home Office) a DIFFERENT company do my service work. I will never recomend this company for construction or repair for the way I was treated for a simple repair. LESS THAN 1 Star.

After having at least two pool service companies who failed to perform well, we switched to H2Oasis Pools a few years ago--and haven't looked back. They communicate well, sending links to the before and after photos cleaning photos and pool health information every time they clean. When it's time for a service (e.g. filter change) or when repairs are needed, they contact us to let us know. We've never felt like they were suggesting anything except what was truly necessary.

Our pool service person, Kyle, is a true delight to work with. He always greets us with a smile on his face and goes the extra mile to help us out--showing us how to work the pool equipment and even giving us DIY tips so we can avoid future repairs and issues. We're so happy with Kyle that if he left the company we would probably follow him :)

They are knowledgeable, friendly and will go above and beyond to help with warranty issues. I really like these guys and wouldn't call anyone else. Highly recommended.

These people are wonderful. David kept me informed throughout the entire process. The repairs and replacement were very involved, including a gas line leak that he called in someone else to fix. They leave me a special note on a door hang each week. They are always prompt. Totally reliable. My pool has never looked so clean and clear. I am so pleased with all their service!
