We hired this company to build a pool and hot tub ever since February when they started they promised a 3 month time period that it will be done and it's been 4 months already the pool and hot tub isn't near finished they come work for one day or at least a week and they don't show up till next month spent total of 79k for something that's not done and still paying them one of the worst company's that's our here won't recommend to nobody else unless you want you're time and money wasted

I sought out about evey pool contractor in ELP and Silver Springs Pools and Spa's was our choice and it wasn't even close. Other builders I met with weren't willing to do a 3D design, were not enthusiastic about building our pool and others didn't even call me back. Juan Carlos met me at my home, he was very organized, was full of great ideas and represented the family business very well.
He took his time taking notes and measured our yard. I can see him looking around our yard and brainstorming ideas to himself. A week or so later I met him at the office and was greeted by the staff. Everyone at Silver Springs was extremely nice. His 3D image was amazing! Everything we discussed was in the sketch. With JC's experience he made a few tweaks that complimented the design perfectly.
Silver Springs kept in contact with me during the entire process. Every Monday/Tuesday they emailed me with what their plans were for the week. Everyone from the owner, the office staff and the crew on site were absolutely great. I've done the work for you. I've visited 5-6 pool builders. All of them agree that Silver Springs are good builders. I disagree, they are GREAT pool builders!
I even gave Silver Springs permission to allow potential future customers who are on the fence about who to go with to build their pool to get a first hand look at their work in my back yard. I welcome you and your family to our yard for a look at their perfection, just call their office to set up a viewing. That's the least I can do for such a wonderful family business.

Silver Springs broke ground on our pool in 02.2017. We encountered a number of issues during the construction. Water was added to our pool in 05.2017 and the pool was deemed 'complete' after the city of El Paso inspectors gave it a pass on its final inspection. Weeks after adding water, the deck began cracking in 3-5 places. Silver Springs made 3 attempts at repairing the cracks.
All of which recracked. Earth beneath the deck eroded because it had not been compacted correctly and the rebar form built to support the deck was discovered to be hanging below the concrete deck, so providing no support. Silver Springs had a ton of dirt delivered and shoveled under the deck in areas but the deck continued to crack. Silver Springs assured us they would repair the cracks to our satisfaction but have done nothing toward repairing them since 07.2017.
We now have over 30 cracks. In addition, our electricity was not done to code, beams in our pergola built by a Silver Springs contractor have cracked, our pump and filter equipment were not connected correctly nor were the connections between PVC pipes sealed. When it was first turned on, the equipment blew out a geyser of water. The gas trap was not attached to our gas lines, then was attached incorrectly.
The pool and deck have been inspected by a structural engineer, a private inspector, 2 concrete specialists, 2 pool companies, all who have found the pool to have structural issues. The city of El Paso inspectors have rescinded the 'pass' on our pool and it now shows a 'fail' on its final inspection. And we cannot get anyone to help us! This was our dream and took all of our savings to purchase.
If you do contract Silver Springs to build YOUR pool, be aware that if you encounter issues, there is a clause in the contract that says you cannot sue them for repair. BUYER BEWARE.

I contacted Silver Springs for a pool build estimate and design. The team at Silver Springs and JC treated me with such professionalism, respect, seriousness, and priority. Due to timing with my financing bank they provided a great design, clear estimate and detailed description on equipment and features. Certainly their proposition was of the best quality of any builder.
I love how they actually used the design of my house and backyard to 3D-render what their build would look like. It was like a dream looking at their 3D video. Unfortunately, the terms with the financing bank didn't favor me and while I did not ultimately sign, their team left me inspired and with a good taste. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you go through them before making your decision on the other competitors.

Mr. Juan Carlos and his entire crew of assistants and workers at Silver Springs Pool and Spa are truly the best. They are honest and so professional. Definitely go with them to build your future pool, you won't regret it! We couldn't be happier with our pool they helped us design and build. From the beginning, they were great at communicating every step of the way, their estimate for the cost of the pool was extremely reasonable compared to all other pool builders we had spoke to and it didn't vary by much once all the final details were sorted out.
They even helped with recommendations on lenders as a means for financing. Their design architect made a beautiful computerized design that allowed us to clearly visualize how the pool would look in our backyard. The final product was identical to their design and our vision. They told us it would take 45-60 days to build the pool, this was a surprise to us and we thought that wouldn't be possible, but they really did complete it that fast.
The pool design we wanted was not a simple one either, our pool is raised, has an atypical shape to it, it is heated, has a beach landing, infinity edge, water fall with rock wall and a catch at the bottom of the waterfall. No challenge was to big for them. Juan Carlos and his crew are always available and make an effort to come by and check things out if we have had any concerns. Thank you Mr. Juan Carlos and your entire team, we love our pool, you made our home a desert oasis.

Silver Springs Pool and Spa is a great company to work with. They have great customer service, and are always looking to get the best customer satisfaction. Juan Carlos and his staff were very courteous and respectful of our time during construction, I can't say enough positive things about his company. I've worked with him two times in the past at two different properties, they are always quick to respond, very courteous, and quite professional.
His workers worked quickly and very neatly, so no worry about collateral damage at my properties. I also felt their prices are very fair due to the quality of work they do. If you are looking for a great pool contractor, I highly recommend Silver Springs Pool and Spa.

The swimming pool Silver Springs Pool and Spa built for my wife and I is more than we could have asked for! The whole process of working with Silver Springs was great. Their customer service is non like others, they make sure that you are 100% satisfied with their product and service. They pay attention to detail and make sure that the project is on schedule all the time.
I really appreciated the calls they would make each week to notify us on the status of our project, the staff in the office is great. I completely recommend this pool construction company to anyone looking to transform their backyard into a beautiful oasis.

Deciding to go with Silver Springs Pool ans Spa among other pool companies was a great decision, they make sure we were satisfied with the whole process. Customer service was always there, from when we scheduled the first meeting up to showing us everything we needed to know on how to maintain our pool. They were always open to discuss our ideas and even the price.
It is construction and nothing is ever perfect but Juan Carlos and his team always make sure to address anything immediately and will always have someone on site through every step of the process. Silver Springs is the pool company that made this pool project fun and will highly recommend them for any backyard pool project.
