Decks

We grind our deck down to the existing concrete. Fill in all cracks with a special filler and epoxy cement. Remove and replace all plastic control joints and deco drains. We do not just re cap the existing ones as this can lead to failures. Then we clean and wash surface and apply a bond coat. Then we had product and seal.

Tiles

We remove tile fill in any cracks in the bond beam with and epoxy cement structural cracks are done with injection epoxy. Then we brown in area to be tile to level and with a special water proofing agent. Then we set tile with another water proof bonding agent and grout with a special swimming pool tile grout. We use all corner rounds on corners and bull nose tiles on water fall edges.

Re-Plaster

National plaster council states the best way to re plaster a swimming pool is with a bond coat, sand blast or chips out. We chip out soft deteriorating plaster, and plaster surfaces with paint. We do not use large jack hammers on the pool surface has this can damage the pool shell and expose rebar and tire wire.

We use the strongest highest grade rebar available. We build the strongest rebar structural. We use schedule 40 plumbing through out pool and to equipment We water proof our shot crete shells with a special water proofing agent prior to plaster. We water proof behind our tile installation and grout for added protection. WE shot crete swimming pool shell with the highest PSI.
