Montage ornamental panels and posts are actually coated inside and outside. Every other product available in America is only coated on the outside. Major corrosion problems start from the inside.

A car crashed into our fence in February during the very cold period with heavy snow. Todd came out to give an estimate with over 2 feet of snow on the ground and as a result he was unable to properly evaluate the work that needed to be done. When the crew arrived they came ready to replace 1 post and put the panels that were damaged back up without replacing the broken parts of the panel (which turned out to be a complete new panel - 3 of them actually).
My wife and I greeted the crew and they were frustrated because of the miscommunication and lack of communication. They were eventually turned away after much discussion and before they were turned away, they asked if there was other work they could do because they would not be paid if they did not work. While I emphasized for them and their natural desire to earn an income, this was not our problem.
So after all the snow melted, it was determined that much more work needed to be done than what was initially thought of. We requested that one of the panels have hinges so we can remove it for easier access to our garden off the alley. The crew did a great job completing the work and when we tried to remove the panel we were not able to. We have waited and tried at different times and still not able to remove the panel.
It is wedged in the posts and will not pull out. I sent Todd and email and his response was that his company no longer services Chicago because they are based out of Mt. Prospect. I guess there is no warranty or guarantee with their work based on this response. Overall, very disappointed with the lack of completing a quality job and doing it right the first time. I suppose now as well, my wife and I will need to contact another company to fix Advanced Fence and Gate's errors.

I worked with Advance Fence remotely during COVID to get a fence installed for my dogs before I moved in. They were very helpful and accommodating. Their price was reasonable. In the end, they put in the fence on the day I moved in. The crew were amazing. They were polite and professional. They answered all my questions and made modifications that worked best for my situation. I asked for a double wide gate. My fence is perfect! They did a great job. I highly recommend them

This company is extremely professional and great at building solid fences. We have a semi-private white vinyl fence and simply love it! From the moment we contacted these folks years ago working with Todd K. until a week ago when I needed a replacement bottom rail they have shown nothing but knowledgable, professional, and genuinely reliable service. I now have a "fence guy" that I've recommended to others and will continue to do so, Todd K. Thank YOU for the Five Star Service!

Amazing Experience. They came out within days of requested estimate and was able to show the actual fence materials off the truck. Todd was super knowledgable. Our town is tricky and he was able to recommend the type of materials that would work best for our situation and space, as well as all permits, etc. The fence is beautiful and was completed within 3 weeks of the estimate and cost was reasonable. No muss, no fuss and crew was done in 1.5 days. I would highly recommend Advanced Fence & Gate.

Overall a great experience from Todd and his team at Advanced Fence. I contacted Todd in the fall of 2018 to get a price for a fence. Todd came out on a Saturday morning and gave us some ideas and options for our backyard. In March of 2019 we decided to move forward. Todd honored the price from 2018. The fence arrived in around a month and was installed without any issues.
When I emailed Todd with questions or follow-up his was extremely responsive. Crew was friendly, on time and very courteous. Oh yeah, the fence looks great as well! We got a black aluminum fence (Ultra). High quality material. Would highly recommend and do business with again.

The entire experience working with Advanced Fence was great. The first call I made to schedule an estimate was easy and adeptly handled. The estimator arrived right on time, was super easy to work with and very knowledgeable. And finally the team who did the install was very fast, and efficient but took the time to do a neat precise job. I was especially pleased in how they handled a slight curve ball I threw at them.
I had a very specific way I wanted them to execute the base of the fence, that required installing landscape timers horizontally and then butting the pickets up against the horizontal timbers rather than have the pickets touching the ground. The estimator took copious notes when I showed him what I wanted and he communicated that to the installers clearly enough that on the day of the install they had all the correct materials and knew just what I wanted with little input from me.
The result was fantastic. And in fact, the team asked if they might take some pictures because they liked the way it looked and wanted to maybe start offering it as an option for their clients. Only one VERY VERY nit-picky thing. Nearly all the pickets had little white plastic tags stapled to their ends. After the job was done those little white tags were peeking out between the timbers and the bottom of the picket and where a real pain to remove.
If I knew then what I know now, I'd have grabbed some needle nose pliers and remove the tags BEFORE the pickets all went up. But again, this was a minuscule issue in an overall excellent job.

Advance Fence & Gate recently installed the fence for our new house. Throughout the entire home buying process, Todd and his team kept us up to date on with an accurate timeline of when they would be able to install our fence. Since we were buying the house and preparing for the move, it was comforting to know that we had a professional fence installer helping us each step of the way.
Immediately after moving in Advance Fence & Gate was able to come the next day and install our fence without any issues. Not only did they give us a competitive quote and finish the job within 24 hours, but they were clean and courteous during the install. This is a top notch company who communicates well with their clients and does a great job. We are thrilled we hired them for our fence.

If you are looking to have a fence built for your house, look no further. My wife and I could not be happier with the fence and gate that Todd installed with his crew. We truly got to customize it since it was built on site at our house. We worked with David and Pedro (great guys), who worked quickly and precisely making sure everything is straight and level. Having the top of the fence be straight all the way around was most important to us.
This meant there were gaps in the bottom of the fence because of the way our yard goes up and down. However, they were able to fill in those gaps between the ground and bottom of the fence perfectly. The price was reasonable, service was outstanding, communication by Todd is everything you could ask for. Very nice guy, and outstanding company. Great job!

I had high quality wrought iron gates and a chainlink fence with privacy slats installed by Advanced. During the process of getting quotes from various companies Todd was the only salesman who methodically and carefully sketched and explained his proposal. It was was not the least expensive quote of four I received, but he presented it in the most professional manner. Todd was personable, professional and courteous at all the various times we spoke before and after the project was completed.
The installation crew was quick and professional, they cleaned up the areas after the installations. I am very happy with the work performed and I highly recommend Advanced Fence and Gate.

We are so happy with our fence from Advanced. It was just installed this morning and we couldn't be happier. Leading up to the install, we were very obnoxious. I bombarded them with emails so it would be exactly the way we want it and every email was answered right away and was always very thorough. This morning's install also went perfect.
