I had someone come for an estimate on 2 weeks ago, they said they would have a quote within 2-3 days. I called one week after to see if they has an update, they said they would have it emailed. I called again- same story. It's very frustrating having to deal companies like this. If you come to provide with a free estimate and can't send the estimate after the 1st or 2nd call just be honest and say you can't provide the service to me. It's wasting your time and mine! Very unprofessional!

I purchased a fence from Fence Connection. The cheap top cap 1/2 cedar warped and the stain flaked off the top. I asked to have them remove and replace it with something thicker (willing to pay). The salesman came out months ago and never sent a quote. I texted and called him numerous times and he promised to get to me. Months later no quote, no repairs made etc. Unhappy customer!

Juan came out and gave me an estimate right on the spot. He was upfront with me that it would take a month to gather materials which was also the case from other estimators I spoke with. Went with Fence Connection due to the quality work I've seen in the neighborhood and the competitive pricing. I am very happy with the results. When the materials arrived they had the holes dug, posts installed and fence was up the same day! Jose and his team were quick and efficient and easy to talk to. This company is the best. they did such an amazing job with a tricky layout. they put in a new woodland brown trex fence around my home that is just beautiful. Don't ever use Fence Connection, Inc. They dug straight into the ground and cut my buddy's cable line even with a bright orange line sprayed on the grass right along where the cable ran. Awful situation for a guy that works from home 3 days a week. This being after he had to call them 3 weeks after he paid them to ask when they were going to. schedule the install only for him to find out that they had no record he had already paid and that the order for materials was never placed to begin with. They also didn't order enough fencing for his yard after taking the original measurements so they are missing 25 feet of fencing for his yard.

Called them one day for an estimate, got a building permit within 2 days, . and the next day after that, they started the replacement process. Getting ahold of this company was difficult, getting an appointment even more troublesome, and the service is terrible. I can't imagine the quality of product would be anything better than lackluster. Requested a quote online for a fence repair. Got a response that they received my request and would be in contact shortly. Weeks went by, they never. responded.

My husband finally contacted them again to request a quote, this time via phone call. They scheduled someone to come out 10 days later. He arrived an hour earlier than scheduled without communicating the change. He spent no more than 2 minutes on the property (including parking, ringing the doorbell, getting brochures), not enough to.
