PTLC definitely lives up to their name. Ricky and his crew helped me realize my dream backyard/oasis for me and my family to enjoy forever. Except for the delay in starting the project due to supply chain issues during the pandemic, once they got started, they finished on time. These guys reliable and trustworthy. Very highly recommended!

I had a five star experience dealing with Ricky and his crew. We called 3 other places did not get a call back. Ricky gave us a call right back. He was kind, humble, knowledgeable and responsive the whole way through. The work went smooth and his crew was experienced and hard working. There was a couple of times the crew worked till dark to just to keep the job on track.

The road to our choosing a landscaping team to handle some major reworking around our pool was a long and tedious one. Ricky was patient and informative throughout the quoting, planning and execution of the task. My wife and I hired Personal Touch for a full on "wow factor" for our new home. Needless to say we were wowed! From the man made creek to the countless trees and shrubs to the several zones of irrigation to keep it all alive, we were very pleased. Casey made sure everything was on point and on time. Personal Touch did an incredible overhaul of our backyard last summer. They built a large covered porch, a retaining wall in the backyard and rebuilt our front porch. They also laid around 800 sq ft pavers. The backyard is now a gathering place and favorite of our friends and neighbors. Casey was our project manager and did a great job. I emailed on a Monday to see if someone could fix our ailing front yard fountain. I had called the top Atlanta Water feature company on Cheshire Bridge here in Atlanta from whom we purchased it and who installed it, but after four weeks, we had no contact. I called them again, and they said it would be at least two more weeks. So when I found Ricky at Personal Lawn Care who responded to my email within 12 hours and who was at my house within 24 hours, I was thrilled.

And he not only fixed it, he made it better by increasing the flow of the water. He texted me while he was there and asked questions about what we wanted. It was super easy, high quality, reasonably priced and friendly. It's 2018. It shouldn't take 6 weeks to do anything these days regardless of your reputation. Ricky and his team have been great to work with. From the initial contact I made with them to scope out my project, they communicated work schedules to keep me informed. Personal Touch Lawn Care has done a fine job on my new home. When I moved in September I knew that I had taken on a bit more than I could chew when it came to maintenance and floral care. The last owner was apparently "Mr. & Mrs. Greenthumb"which sadly doesn't describe me based on my lack of time. The folks at Personal Touch pick up the slack for me.

Each week I notice something else they have done that keeps the place looking great and prepares the trees and plants for a successful blooming season.
