I've contacted Mr. Jacobs this morning, explain the service we need and we agreed for him to come for a FREE ESTIMATE between 12:30-1:00 ( his choice of time) 2:00PM, I called no answer! I left Mr. Jacobs a voicemail regarding the appointment we had, not ever To hear back! Absolutely lack of professionalism and disregard of other people's time. GOOD ETHICS business owners, stay in touch with customers, if they can not honor the time/ day of the appointment, proper way of doing business is to communicate with the customer, lack of communication says a lot about his business. Future customers BE AWARE and do not rely on his word!

We hired Gary and his team to repair a massive sinkhole in our back yard, the result of the builder burying trees and shrubs which composted over time leaving a huge void. We had 4 different landscapers give quotes but went with Gary because of his expertise, his understanding of the problem and his engineering background. He repaired the sink hole properly, digging down to find solid ground before filling it all in.
Along the way, he completely reworked all of the drainage in our back garden. We also had some landscaping done and two trees removed. We're really happy with the work he performed and have already recommended him to several other neighbors and friends.
