I called this company in hopes that they would come back to the development they finished and build a matching gate on my porch to the railing around the porch. I got a call back immediately. The next day I got an update on what they were going to do, which was to send someone out to measure, and they followed through. A day later, I got a call stating that they could do the project and the price was incredibly reasonable.

I only brag about the Service at American Express and Apple, but I NOW will be including Custom Home Exteriors. This place is a class act! Outstanding communication and hard to believe they are a contractor because of the communication and followthrough.

We had a great experience! Brandon is such a pleasant salesman. He walked us through all the potential cost. He communicated when a job would start and followed up once it was complete. We had good quality and great crews. They worked hard and precise. They cleaned up very well. Our garage is beautiful, warm and water free. Yes will will hire CHE for our next project. Everyone was professional and responsive to our needs and schedule.

He communicated lovely with me when I told him I had to stop to get my trailer inspected and it did take a bit but he had understood and was a gentleman. Very kind service here!

I believe it will take takes about the average load time 2 hours. Also in order to get out with your semi, you must pull up to the containers (forward). Then you turn left in all the way, then back up and then turn out to get back onto the street.

Stephen Hawkins with CHE just happened to be at my home, checking on a warranty call for work I had done about 9 years ago. We were talking about exterior work in general and I told Stephen I was interested in some new work on my house like siding and windows. Just so happens that Stephen had a window sample in his truck and we went from there to get a complete estimate.

I received several other estimates and while the CHE estimate was good, what really pushed me over the edge to select them was my past experiences. While some of the 9 year previous work I had done wasn't actually the smoothest experience, the quick response and effort to correct any and all issues I had was much appreciated and obviously remembered. Choosing CHE for my latest project was an easy decision as the price was fair and I knew exactly the type company I was getting which eased my mind.

As of today my current project is nearly done and my wife and I just couldn't be happier with our new windows, siding, paint and gutters. Stephen Hawkins and Sean Sizemore made sure we were happy throughout the project and I will spread the word appropriately. I'm also currently waiting on a new estimate from Stephen for yet another project we have.

Once again - knowing in advance what I will receive goes a long way towards a good relationship and good end result in my opinion. I also need to mention all the different crews that worked on our house. ALL of them were exceptionally friendly and professional with very good communication. Being a former manager of people it is entirely clear to me that these people are happy with their positions and what they do for CHE. It isn't easy to get that from people that do work for you and yet it was very clear with standards being followed at all times. Much appreciated!

Steven Hawkins and the crews of Custom Home Exteriors finished this week a number of improvements to my home. Sean and the crew who installed my Alside siding were very professional and left things neat and only disturbed areas where they had to access the sides of the house. I was also well-pleased with the work of their gutter installation crew.

I am very satisfied with the finished product and like my color choices very much. All of my exterior doors were painted to match my shutters. I am satisfied that my warranty will be honored if I have problems, but at this time I have had a very good experience with Steven Hawkins and everyone involved in the work on my home. Thank you. Thank you very much to Steven Hawkins and the crews who did nearly a full "make-over" of our house in Pine Knoll Shores. The work involved crews for siding, painting, and gutters, plus short visits by a plumber and electrician. All the crews did great work and Steven ensured that everything was done right and in a timely fashion. Getting new siding is a fairly disruptive process but everything was tidied up daily and the crew finished the whole house within a few days.

Our neighbors have commented on how great the house looks and we are happy with the knowledge that this will "see us out! Steven, we especially enjoyed working with you and appreciated your knowledge and willingness to explain things and answer my many questions!

Custom Home Exteriors was fantastic to work with! They always put the customer first and never said "no" if an issue came up or if we changed our minds on something. They were very responsive, communicative and kind. All of their subcontractors and workers were professional and engaging. The finished product was immaculate and honestly, there wasn't a single detail missed! Not only would we use them again we recommend them to anyone we can!

We used CHE to replace all the siding, windows, gutters, and our front porch. We can't be happier with the outcome. On top of giving us an excellent product they also provided excellent customer service. Both Ramone, Steven and all of the workers were great to work with. Their work is so impressive that our neighbor and also my brother called for a consultation before they even finished our house! CHE remolded my exterior on my 1949 ranch. They brought samples of vinyl to show the quality and look of the product. I was very happy with the sales guy named Ramon who stayed in contact the whole time even thru the remodel. Steven the project manager also was amazing. He even came to my work to pick up the deposit for the job. They were both very helpful and on the final inspection they were out there with me hunting for any flaw on the job. They left a clean job and a happpy customer!

CHE was recommended for a exterior remodeling project on my home, full soffit, facia, siding, and gutters. Ramon and I walked the project, a plan was put in place and the material was ordered. I ended up having to reschedule the start date around some unrelated work. They were able to hold the material and completely accommodate my schedule. Once work started Steven and the team were fast, communication was great and the finished product came out great. I would recommend them to anyone.
