I really can't say enough about how good Edwin and his company have been. I really appreciated how much he or another manager was at the job site. You can tell that they care about the quality of the work. I give them 5 stars. A++++++

The design and execution of our Superior pool in 2021 was done very well. When issues arose, we were contacted by the owner, Peter, who addressed our concerns and has allowed us to truly enjoy the pool with confidence that this is a company which stands behind their product. We have already recommended their design and construction to friends (Nicole and Shannon Smart) who are now installing a pool of their own from Superior, a testimony to our confidence.

We recently got our pool done from Superior. Their turn around time was extremely fast. Everyone who knew we are building a pool were like, it is done already! Ralph was our designer, he was very helpful with his industry expertise and experience so we could use his suggestions. Ian was our project manager, he was the best one during the process. We were notified about things in advance during the construction process and everything went smooth. Bob, with pool school and maintenance, very professional and caring.

We liked working with all of these. Towards the end of the project we did have some small hiccups, which have been resolved now. Overall we are happy with our choice. And will happily recommend superior pools.

The name of this company says it all! They truly are superior! I have to admit, I was prepared for a nightmare in regards to the possibility of poor communication, slow progress etc. Why? Because everyone that I spoke with who has gone through the process of having a pool installed shared their horror stories. Not us! Our project manager Ian was top notch.

He treated the project as if it were his very own pool. Whenever we had any concerns, he was always just a phone call/text away. Keep in mind, they're swamped with business due to Covid. You have to be somewhat reasonable with delays and such with pools being in such high demand. Communication was never an issue. Ian kept our minds at ease the entire project.

We never had to wonder/guess what the next step would be. Any morning worked was scheduled, he'd shoot us a text to prepare us. He even helped us with suggestions with the design of our pool. Ian is the MAN! We also had a wonderful experience with Kathy (Superior's showroom representative). It was quite overwhelming as there are sooooo many options. Kathy was so patient with us.

She was helpful in making suggestions as well. Pool school with Bob was AWESOME! He is so knowledgeable! He left us confident we could man our pool successfully. We really had a great team! We really couldn't be happier with our choice.and our exquisitely beautiful pool. If you're thinking of getting a pool, don't think twice. You've found the place.

We signed our "first" contract in November 2020 with Superior and changed it three times! No complaints about our changes at all.resulting in delays, but that was on us, not Superior. Our build began in the middle of July 2021 and our family was swimming by Labor Day! Ian, our project manager, was terrific. His straight forward answers, timeline and dry sense of humor were spot on.

The subcontractors were all professional, friendly and did great work. All in all, a very positive experience! After hearing so many horrific experiences about other pool builders, I am so thankful we chose Superior Pools to transform our backyard. Thank you, Thank you!

We could not be more happy with our pool-building experience with Superior. We talked with two other companies before choosing Superior to build our pool. They were easily the most responsive and transparent about the process. Jake did a fantastic job designing a pool that blends beautifully with our backyard landscape within the substantial constraints imposed by our septic lines.

He was quick to make any changes we asked for during the design process and was completely up-front about all costs and timeline. We were also incredibly lucky to have Ian as our project manager. He kept the entire process running smoothly and responded quickly to our many questions and concerns. Again, he was completely up-front about everything and helped us make the most of our limited space.

From the dig to the gunnite to the rock-work, everyone who came out was professional and competent. Building a pool is a stressful, expensive endeavor and I am so glad we chose Superior. We absolutely love our pool!

Superior did a great job, the pool ended up better than we imagined than when we started down this path. Jake came up with a beautiful design working with the constraints that we have to operate in. The execution by Ian and team was great. There was more to pool construction than I realized and Ian did a great job of communicating throughout the project and was responsive to texts anytime.

The project ended on time. It was very helpful to have Superior take care of the pool maintenance for the first month. "Pool school" was awesome. We spent 90 mins getting an understanding of how everything worked and I got the feeling that the company will be there to answer any questions I have going forward. Thank you Superior, we know we'll create a lot of great family memories!

If you are considering a pool, you need to consider Superior Pools! We interviewed 5 different companies and once we spoke with Peter Johnson, we knew we had found our pool company. We have a challenging lot with serious water runoff issues; the moment Peter walked in the backyard, he said he knew exactly what to do and he did. The other companies had lists of things we needed to do prior to them starting work on a pool, Peter made water control part of the design and created a lovely backdrop for the pool and a larger deck where we wanted it.simply brilliant!

Our site foreman, Ian MacCormack, was responsive and calming with all of the concerns of a newbie to the pool construction experience. He stood behind his word and did not stop until he was sure we were beyond happy. When Ian was not available, Jon always stepped up to make sure we were informed and aware of what was going on. Ian and Jon both added suggestions along the way of features we may want to add that added to the beauty and ease of care.

Other Superior folks to mention are Kathy Giannuzzi for her great color and design input and Dan Jones for helping us learn how to take care of our gorgeous pool. Dan is great at making sure your investment is protected and I cannot tell you how much that means when one has absolutely no pool experience! We just love our Superior Pool!

We used Superior Pools to build our pool and it was finished in the fall of 2020. After a few mix-ups which Pete fixed immediately and came to our house to remedy and discuss in person, Pete said our construction could start in 10 days and it did, true to his word (our permits were in). John the construction manager was the BEST - answered all of our questions, professional and just on top of everything.

Everything was on time, professional contractors and he had our pool built in six weeks when we were expecting 3 months. We had another company service our pool when it started and the experience was so bad and we came back to Superior for our pool servicing and they are AMAZING! They are here every week and send a log of their service. Tammy in the office is a GEM and everything this company is - "Superior" is in their name - they are the best hands down. Thank you Pete, John, Kathy and Tammy for everything!

We contracted superior to build our concrete in ground pool. Tim was great with the design of the pool and getting things started. Ian was our project manager. He came through on his word and completed the things that needed to and should have been done. He was always willing to explain any part of the process as needed for these newbies. Communication was good but sometimes took a little longer than we would have liked to get back with us.

We enjoyed working with him. The company really sets you up for success in maintaining your pool by initially getting you started and then having you complete a pool class to learn how to take care of the equipment and water. As new pool owners I really appreciated that this was included and not something I had to research completely on my own. We LOVE our new pool and have been enjoying it for almost 2 weeks now. We would definitely recommend Superior Pools to anyone looking to put a pool in the backyard.

Superior Pools did an incredible job from start to finish. Jake did a fantastic job with the design and helping us out with material selections. I'd like to start off by saying I gave a bad review of superior pools about a year ago. But since then, I've had nothing but great service from them. I'm a first time pool owner and didn't know a thing about pools.
