As we can see, South Florida is a hot bed for pool service companies. Almost every other house in South Florida has a pool in the backyard. South Florida is saturated with pool service companies that offer to maintain those pools. Our company is one of those pool service companies. The difference between our company and the other companies will be the attention to detail, but, more importantly, the communication between us and the client.

Horrible service, never vacuumed pool although it was requested by me continuously, kept getting algae growth on the floor of the pool. Guys would some time show up and never do a thing to the pool. Tablets were never used, only powder chlorine would be thrown to the bottom of the pool when they decided to clean. They broke my filter gadge and not even a common courtesy call to let me know what they had done.

I realized something was wrong when my pool wasn't running and turning green. Although I have pictures to proove that my pool was in horrible conditions full of algae Kevin, the owner insisted that his guys were coming and cleaning! I could do a better job of cleaning my pool! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT A FUNCTIONAL POOL!

He is not responsible for his employees. I don't live at the property. Even though pool never seemed to be cleaned, I trusted Kevin Halawy. Went by yesterday The pool water was a good foot and a half under the rim and Kevin never called to tell me that water was needed. Pool motor was leaking profusely. Just found out that filter was so dirty for lack of cleaning that it burned the motor. To the tune of over $800.00 Do not use this guy. He can not be trusted. I am seeing my attorney on this on Monday.
