We selected HomeCraft Remodeling to build an additional bedroom in our house as our family was growing. Matt and Alan were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process as they bring a level of professionalism and expertise that is matched with visionary ideas to connect with the customer goals and expectations. We were a bit unsure about giving up a little more than half the upstairs loft space (not that our kids used it much), but as we started to draw the space plans, we were sold not only on the concept but on moving ahead with the project.

This being our first remodel, Matt and Alan highlighted that their expectation once the project was complete was that it looked like the room had been part of the original construction. Fast forward to the end, our family was beyond impressed with both Matt and Alan and additional contractors brought in to build the room, install ceiling fans in all of our bedrooms, paint, move HVAC vents, etc.

As we are still in the pandemic, we often had kids out of daycare and they worked around their naps and were conscious of our gates to protect our youngest from the stairs. Matt and Alan were communicative and checked in at each stage of the project. As an added bonus, we even saved a bit on the materials side as they returned unused material that they could.

That to me is going above and beyond as I have never experienced that before. It's without a doubt that we were pleased, would highly recommend, and have already requested they give us estimates for two additional projects down the line!

We worked with Alan on doing some minor plumbing work, came to find out that they do all kinds of remodeling. They did the floor in my wife's office in a day. Homecraft Remodeling just finished a shower remodel for us. They swooped in and rescued us after a bad contractor botched the job and took our money. Alan and Matt and his team were unbelievably professional, skilled, and respectful. They were honest and incredibly hard-working and went above and beyond our expectations. They kept the job site clean and you couldn't tell they had been there at the end of each workday because they were so tidy. Alan is a very detail-oriented individual and will involve the homeowner any time he needs input.
