Bath Tub is great, when it works. We have had ours for about 8 months and had to have repair out three times, which isn't as easy as it sounds. Each time we have called with a problem, it was, "'ll check on it and call you back." But they don't. I have to call them back several times before finally getting a repair scheduled. We had one scheduled for today but I guess the driver had a flat tire and may not make it.
We've been without the walk in tub for about three weeks now. That's a problem becuase my husband is unable to bathe in the regular tub upstairs. Not only is it difficult for him to get in and out of a regular tub, he can no longer climb stairs.
