"I did a lot of research on walk-in tubs before I decided to purchase this brand. I wanted the best quality and I got it! We just love our new walk-in tub!"

This is the biggest waste of money I have ever spent! I had a new water heater put in 50 gal, the 40 gal that they said would work fine would not provide enough water, the 50 gal works as long as you don't want it too warm.

Bath Tub is great, when it works. We have had ours for about 8 months and had to have repair out three times, which isn't as easy as it sounds. Each time we have called with a problem, it was, "'ll check on it and call you back." But they don't. I have to call them back several times before finally getting a repair scheduled. We had one scheduled for today but I guess the driver had a flat tire and may not make it.

We've been without the walk in tub for about three weeks now. That's a problem becuase my husband is unable to bathe in the regular tub upstairs. Not only is it difficult for him to get in and out of a regular tub, he can no longer climb stairs.
