Indoor air pollution can affect your family's health. We supply and install air cleaners and humidifiers, and properly sized duct systems. We perform Whole House Diagnostics, which allows us to determine the sources of air infiltration and exfiltration (leak check). We perform air balancing to ensure proper air distribution.

We have used NTM exclusively for three years because of a friend's endorsement of these folks. They are reasonably priced but not the cheapest. I dont mind paying extra for honesty, trust and a company that cares about it's customers. We just put in a new Trane system. There were a couple of early wrinkles to iron out as often happens when you put a new unit in. Mike and his team worked tirelessly to get it right.
They listened to some of the initial issues we were having then they took action to fix the problem. We have a huge family with young kids. Our kids wouldn't leave the crew alone, but they were so kind. They were able to get a lot done while giving attention to a bunch of booger eaters. My daughter gave a painting to Mike. They hung this in their local office.
We got a letter from the VP about the artwork and thanking our 6 year old girl for it. If you want "cheap" dont call NTM. Cheap will buy you a cheap effort and cheap results. Someone will always show up and be less expensive. This isn't fast food. This is AC repair and installation. If you want it done right and work with folks with integrity then give NTM your business. I will never use anyone else.

I have a wonderful example of their customer service & integrity of their business philosophy related to a slightly different issue! I was temporarily stranded with a car issue with my two children in this heat, one of the extraordinary owners, Mr Mike, was a guardian angel who stopped & made sure we got home safely out of the heat! While others passed us by, he stopped & was a huge blessing! Reflects so much on their business & character counts!
