G. M. Roth repaired a hole in the bathroom wall left from a plumbing job. New drywall was used to repair the hole in the wall, a new vanity and sink were installed and a new low flush toilet was installed. Their craftsmanship, capabilities, service, communication and follow-up are all outstanding qualities that I experienced first hand. I am delighted by the results that G.M. Roth gave me. In the spring they are returning to replace my kitchen cabinets, and I am eagerlu looking forward to that experience, and outcome, as well

I used G.M. Roth in January 2021 to design and build a large Trex deck, with an embedded salt water plunge pool. I also used them previously to design and remodel a half bath and was very satisfied, so I did not hesitate to call them for this project. I did not speak to any other contractors. I was (again) completely pleased with all of the work, I can't say enough about John Martin (our design/ build consultant), the contractors (especially Moe!) and the entire process, which was pretty seamless.

It was completed in March, pretty much on time. They did what they said, they did it in a timely manner, and they did it correctly. Communication between all parties was stellar and timely. Are they the cheapest? No, not at all. But I very much believe in the "buy once, cry once" model. It may be painful up front, but at the end of the day, it's done right, done on time, and has full support if there is an issue down the road.

I have hired contractors in the past who did an OK job, but they really didn't know what they were doing in some cases, and it will cost me more money down the road "fixing" what should have been done right in the first place. I've already learned that lesson the hard way. I would not hesitate in recommending G.M. Roth for any project you may have, large or small. They do a great job!

Remodeled Master bath and Kitchen, and I cannot say enough of this professional company. What great work using top quality products, always on time, great knowledge in design and true perfection is what they provided. So pleased with the end result! Such a journey of work, but with such precision and professionalism, I cannot say enough! Truly pleased in all aspects of work performed.

I would also like to give a "Shout Out" to the Director of First Impressions, Catherine Locapo. She went above and beyond in communicating with us throughout the entire process and updated us as she knew our busy schedules. I must say first impressions in a business is of utmost importance, and the wonderful personality and knowledge, and most of all commitment to keep us informed was extremely enlightening in the world we live in today! Thank you Catherine for being so kind and patience with us.

I've now used GM Roth for 3 projects in our home. The most recent was updates to our second bathroom, most often used by guests when they visit our home. It was great to have it completed in time for our recent holiday gathering to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. GM Roth is the only company I would ever use to do any future remodeling projects. Thanks to them both our bathrooms and our kitchen are AMAZING!

Our initial consultation with GM Roth was August 4th. It took until the end of November for us to realize that our project would not be moving forward. During those (almost) 4 months, we were nothing but flexible and eager to work through the design process and start the addition on our home, however, once that retainer was paid and they received their check, we were the only ones trying to move the project along.

We were the only ones trying to schedule meetings, following up, etc. We would be told we'd hear something in a week and two weeks later after still not hearing anything, we would reach out only to have a useless meeting scheduled where nothing was accomplished and no work had been done on GM Roth's end. At one point, we had a meeting scheduled and showed up only to be told that the individual we were meeting with forgot to put it on his calendar and couldn't meet.

Completely unprofessional! Finally in November at another useless meeting, we were told that prices of lumber and other materials have now gone up and the cost of the project would be over 25% more than originally quoted. It was clear at that point that GM Roth never intended to do this project and that was their final attempt to get us to back out, which we did.

We wanted to go with GM Roth and thought that the higher costs would mean more professionalism and communication, but our experience was the complete opposite. We do not recommend unless you like wasting several months of your life and losing thousands of dollars to poor professionalism and useless meetings.

Our experience with GMRoth was nothing short of amazing. We had our kitchen completely remodeled over the past summer. This was no small feat given all the complications and issues caused by the pandemic. Our designer not only provided great ideas but listened closely to our needs and wants. The team carefully isolated the work area to insure safety. Not detail was too small to not make perfect. The results is that now 6 months after the kitchen is complete we still absolutely love it.

Five week proposed bathroom remodel project took four months. We are very happy with final results. The process was endless with cabinet reordering delays and other delays too numerous to list. I can not recommend them. If you are considering hiring them, ask what changes have been made to prevent a reoccurence.

GM Roth subcontracted an escalation company to remove bushes on the property line. Subcontractor moved a portable basketball hoop and damaged it. Afterwards I contacted GM roth And the knowledge that they moved it 10 feet either way but assume no responsibility for damage on it and told me to pretty much pounds and amazing company I would never hire them!

From Drab to FAB in NH! I recently contacted GM Roth for a bathroom remodel. Jeff A and his team were so easy to work with. Each team member had the highest standards, and worked with pride to provide us with a beautiful new room. What sets GM Roth apart from others is the attention to detail, and high quality work.

CONSUMER BEWARE! I need to share my expericence so this company cannot do this to any other family. We hired this company to design/build a kitchen/family room. We were very clear about our budget. This company required that we pay 4% up front, which we did. The design came back 100% over budget. When we asked the deigner how to get the project back on track?

We were told "there is nothing she could do". So we are out 4% of our budget! G.M.ROTH kept our money! We got NOTHING! The company claims the design process cost 4%, but what good is a design to a client 100% over budget? Worthless! So please don't give this company any money until you are clear about the price of your project!
