Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I had a new roof installed by these guys. As soon as it next rained, the rain water came in down the chimney. I spoke to them on four occasions and they never turned up. This was 16 days ago and I have still had no response. My wardrobe and clothes were completely destroyed. I can't say thank-you enough to John and the lads who worked like gladiators to install a new roof for me and what a stunning job they have done! I requested several changes throughout the job which they happily accommodated. They kept me fully appraised at all times with the job's progress and likely completion date. The quality of the workmanship is first class. Can't recommend Hallmark home improvements highly enough!
