Two very pleasant, competent young men came and knew exactly what to do. I am pleased.

I can't say enough good things about Ledbetter Plumbing - from the owner to Laurie in the office to Danny and Cody who have done all the plumbing installation and repair at my home in Longview. Everyone is wonderful to work with. Great value for the $ as they work very efficiently. I highly recommend Ledbetter Plumbing. 5-stars in my book!

Summary: Consistent quality, kindness and fairness in business dealings, gives back to the community. To be honest, I chose Ledbetter Plumbing when we had our first plumbing issue because the company's name appeared as a sponsor in the program for a local event. (The Texas Ballet? Texas Shakespeare Festival? I've forgotten the event/organization but not the sponsorship - corporate support of the arts and local organizations speaks to integrity and conscientiousness.) They then earned my repeat business with impeccable customer service, professionalism, work quality and efficiency, and value.

They went the extra mile on a recent job and really demonstrated that they care about their work and their customers. There's another plumber located almost across from Ledbetter's with a fancier building and sign, and I'm sure they're great - but will never know because I'll always choose (and recommend) Ledbetter's.

We have used Ledbetter for about 50 different projects. Everything you can imagine from simple unclogs to MAJOR sewage issue. Every time they've been responsive, professional, and have given us a fair price. Ricky and family have helped us with their expert knowledge. We've avoided costly remodeling mistakes by letting them guide us through our plumbing issue/s. The only company we use and for good reason!

My hot water heater was in a difficult place in my attic. 2 plumbers turned it down. These guys figured out all the obstacles, and simply got the job done. Had serious plumbing issue. Ledbetter plumbing returned call quickly. Polite young man told me wasn't sure what he could get done today in the storm but came anyway. Worked through several issues with plumbing and resolved our problem. Then found out he was Chris Ledbetter. Son of the owner. We were referred by our 2-10 home warranty. The first plumbing company gave us the run around. Ledbetter plumbing was awesome! Christopher was professional and curteouse, just the type of family man you want to come in and fix something in your home. He explained it and fixed our leak! We will refer them to anyone who asks. Have always had good service from Ledbetter Plumbing. Plumbing is always expensive, and it's like having a tooth pulled. nobody looks forward to it. but the Ledbetter team has always done good work for us and we just left word for Gail to call us for another job we need at a "flip" project we are working on. They did the bulk of the work on it already, and now that we are getting close to the finish, there are a few items to "tie up the loose ends". Would give five stars, but I don't give ANYBODY five stars! (Except my wife for her cooking.)

I honestly did not even want to rate this company with even one star, but I had to for the review to post. I am a local REALTOR and I have been taking care of a vacant listing I have. I called to schedule service on Friday morning with Ledbetter Plumbing and was told they could do it on Monday. Called again late Friday afternoon to get an estimated window for time of service due to the fact that I was going to be out of town and would have to have another agent met them for me.

On Monday the other agent called to meet them out there. She was told they never told me they could even do the service that day, much less an approx time. Needless to say, we will not be using Ledbetter Plumbing again and I highly recommend calling another plumbing company.

Two guys came out to examine my hot water heater. They came shortly after I called, were very nice, and went above and beyond. Highly recommended. Thank you!
