I called that morning; He came that morning, He fixed it that morning, and he fixed it for the price quoted to me. In this day and age, it is very refreshing to find someone who says what he will do and then he actually does it. I think I used to hear my father talk about that years ago and he called it Keeping your word, and good customer service. WOW who would have thought.

I have known Bruce for many years. He is honest and takes great pride in his work. I had a clogged drain so my home warranty plan people sent some guy out of a town an hour away. They tried to unclog my drain. It worked for a very short time. This happened 3 times over a year period. Bruce came out and determined they should have cleared the line from up on the roof.

So that's what he did and I've not had another problem with it and that was 2 years ago. I trust Bruce implicitly. Honest, hard working, knowledgeable and a godly man. All traits I value highly. Would give him 10 stars if I could.

Thank you Bruce and team. They did an excellent job of replacing my hot water heater. It was in a tight closet and hard to get too. Bruce assessed the situation and told me the best and least costly way to get the job done. My carpenter husband had to tear out part of the wall so BirdDog could get access to take the old heater out and get the new one installed. Seems the builder of my house installed the hot water heater then built a closet around it! It was impossible to get access to. I will recommend Bruce and BirdDog to all my friends and clients. They will have all my plumbing business from now on! Thank you guys!

We had a pilot light that would not stay lit on a water heater. We called our home warranty company and they sent bird dog out. He only vacuumed the drain pan with a wet vac because it "needed air". The tenants said he was in and out in less than 20 min. They came home that evening to no hot water. When I asked for a repeat repair because he did not solve the issue, I was told, he has over 30 years in this business and knows what he is doing.

Obviously not enough because the problem was not solved. Arrogant and rude! When we made phone contact, he just refused to make issue right. I was angry at his lazy way of handling the problem. 3 other companies told me the most likely source of the problem even without coming to look at the water heater. Yet when I made the original call for the repairs. He said "I don't keep those parts on my truck so I couldn't have fixed it"

This company is excellent with fast service during our deep freeze on Wed the 16th of Feb 2021. The price was so much less than I expected that I was shocked honestly! The plumber who came to locate and repair my busted water line was very nice, very knowledgeable and as careful as he could possibly be while working in my dining room. He fixed the water line in no time! I give this company an A+++
