I was looking for local rug cleaning service to remove multiple pet stains from a large area rug and came across Mike's page and Google reviews first. He answered my call immediately and while he didn't feel his company was the best suited to my particular job, he took the time to explain to me how it could be done by a fellow local business instead.
I was so impressed by his honesty, courtesy and in-depth explanation that even after I'd reached out to his competitor, I decided to revisit my call with him, just in case he could do our job. While it didn't work to have him come out for this particular instance, I greatly appreciated that he is committed to quality work and customer satisfaction. Whenever I have an upholstery or carpet/rug cleaning request, Mike will be the first person I call!

Mike has been cleaning our carpet where I work for over 25 years and always does a fantastic job. All this time I did not know he will clean oriental rugs at your house. What a relief I didn't have to lug it and pay twice as much. He did a great job plus while he was there I had him clean the carpet in the bedroom. He made it all look brand new.

Mike cleaned the carpet and air ducts in our new home. Mike and his team did an amazing job for an amazing price! Mike spent extra time free of charge making sure everything dried perfectly as we had movers arriving the following morning. I would recommend Mike to anyone. He is one of the good guys!

I called Mike when I had plumbing problems, resulting in a couple flooded rooms. Mike and Jim came in a couple hours, analyzed the situation, recommended a course of action and implemented the plan promptly. They were knowledgeable and professional throughout. Pricing was very reasonable, especially with the quality of service. They are my new go to guys for routine and emergency service. I could not be more pleased.

We contacted Mike Bryan to clean berber carpets in a home we were about the move into. Mike was very responsive and knowledgeable about our carpets. We had a very tight timeline, and Mike came in to to clean our carpets on a Sunday afternoon to accommodate our schedule. He used a super vacuum cleaner to remove drywall dust from a recent construction project, pretreated old stains on the carpet, cleaned the carpet, and applied a protective scotch-guard coat at the end.
We were concerned about the drying time for the carpets because we were moving into the house two days later. Mike brought in commercial grade drying equipment and they carpets were dry the next day. Overall, we were quite happy with the prices and the services we received. Thanks, Mike!

Mike Bryan is a totally professional with a kind and caring spirit. I would not use any other company for my home. I have know him since grade school, we won't say when that was though.
