This was a 5 star experience. From the start of the walk through in our office building, he made sure that we fully understood the cleaning process while addressing the issue of a number of stains. Great service, and a great job. I had to delay picking up my rugs because of a family illness and they kindly waived storage charges. They are really nice people and they are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Very Rude Service! Lied to about quote when i brought my rug in, owner and staffs response was to take it elsewhere if i didnt like price! Avoid at all cost and make sure to read the reviews online first, now i know!

Be very careful with their quotes for rug cleaning. They quoted me $85 and then charged my credit card for $410! Their salesperson failed to tell me the $85 was only for pickup and delivery. I could have bought a new rug for the cost of cleaning.

I've used Ron's for carpet cleaning in the past and they always do a professional job. However, I have never used them for air duct cleaning. We have been in our home for over 10 years and have never had the air ducts cleaned.
