TERRIBLE company! I called tonight because my fuse box was literally smoking, I spoke with a lady who then transferred me to a man who did not identify himself. I explained the situation and asked if he could just make sure my box was not going to cause an explosion in my home. The man literally asks me "do you want me to just tell you it's okay or do you want me to come look at it?" Obviously I needed someone to come take a look!

Before I could say anything else, he proceeds to tell me he will be charging me $155 the first hour and $145 the second hour and I quote "you have to have my money ready by tonight if you really want me to come out". I then asked him how much he will charge just to come take a look at it and he said that even if he just stays for 15 minutes, I will need to pay him for 2 HOURS!

I hung up on him and proceeded to call the Fire Department who was more than helpful and PROFESSIONAL! I will NEVER use this company. They are straight up rude and just want your money!

Mike did a fantastic job installed 2 outlets in our Park Model home in Tucson. He was prompt and thorough for our appointment for the job estimate. We found however that the office staff was more difficult to work with. We initially set up our appointment on March 14th at 8AM. When no one arrived or called we phoned the office. Meg apologized and stated that the "old system did not communicate with our new system" so we did not have the appointment set up on their end.

I had already paid 1/2 the cost on March 7th and provided proof to Meg. We set up another appointment for 8AM March 14th. On March 14th, again NO CALL NO SHOW. At 8:20AM I called the office. I spoke with Christine who said that the Mike had called in sick that day. Considering we received NO CALL and a 2nd NO SHOW we were not pleased. I asked for a discount on the job, Christine said she would "note that on the account" however SHE DID NOT. Mike & another worker were able to arrive promptly and called prior on Monday March 21st.

We did not follow up on the requested monetary cost reduction for our inconveniences, we are moving on. The job was done in a little over 2 hours but initially we were told around 6 hours. Felt like JMAC could have discounted the job but we did not receive any follow up on this request.

Our electrician Luis was helpful honest and amazing. He could have easily told us we needed a much costlier repair but he knew his stuff and saved us $$$$. He solved our problem faster than I could have ever imagined. JMAC Electric will be the only electricians I call for as long as I live in Tucson.

Started bumpy with appointment made. Glad it was resolved really well for me. Also happy in my situation the electrician states he had decades of experience(3 in his words). I had to much time thinking electrical problems were in my home. He says 99% certain that that its in ground issue. If so it's the land owner I rent from is his issue. The land owner's electrician told me it was in my home.

My electrician suggested testing with a generator. His 99% was 100% correct. Now I know my dryer and stove are not broken. Including my home's electrical is all good! Thank you!

First of all Luis is a top-notch electrician. He came out and made sure that everything that was a concern of the house was fixed. When I searched for an electrician I didn't know the first thing to look for. But I am glad that I got in contact with J-MAC Electric. I highly recommend this company. Long story short.own a 110 v hot tub that I was able to use for one day. The outlet next to it quit working. Tried to reach the dude that had installed it for me 6 months prior numerous times. No luck and getting pissed at this point. Tub full of water, not working and four days later I decided to get in touch with JMAC rather than wait. I spoke to Ric the project manager and explained the situation.

He understood my frustrations and had his tech Mike out here within a few hours to asses the situation. Mike was able to swap the GFI out and fix an interior outlet that was jerry rigged from past electrician. Mike's a military veteran like myself and was very informative, professional and friendly. I'm extremely satisfied all the way around and really appreciate the rapid response.

Last but not least, this company honors and respects our great military by offering a military discount. These guy's are superb and will definitely be using them in the near future for all my electrical needs.

August 2, 2020 in the midst of an absolute heat wave we needed an outdoor outlet installed under urgent circumstances for our cooling. JMAC was swamped and found a way to squeeze us between two calls. They did not have to go out of their way for us. The work was professionally completed in almost no time. Chris from JMAC came by this morning to install a new outside receptacle with a switch and run new conduit. He did a great job and was friendly and professional.

Mike is the Man! I have an oven stack that uses lots of electricity when all the components are on. The circuit breaker on the 30AMP circuit was tripping every time I used either the upper or lower oven. I was fairly certain the old breaker was worn out, but I was too chicken to mess with it myself.sooooo. I called JMAC and they sent me Mike. Mike got us back into the cooking game by replacing the breaker. Additionally he recommended running a new heavier line with a larger breaker to eliminate any concern in the future. I believe I will do the additional work with this company. They were super nice, presented reasonable charges, honest and speedy. Highly recommend!

JMAC Electric is absolutely wonderful! Especially, Dave! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Knowledgeable, respectful, prompt, helpful and their electricians really go out of their way to go above and beyond for the customer from working with your schedule to checking in the day after to make sure everything is working. It says a lot about an electrician who will call TEP for you; check in after hours, on their own personal time and will find a way to get right out if you're having a problem.

I worked as a property manger for 15 years, calling electricians out to places almost every day and let me tell you, JMAC so far exceeds the service of any other company out there. I wish I knew this level of service existed before!

Yesterday, JMAC installed a tricky light fixture over my dining table. They did an excellent job. The installers were entirely professional and pleasant. They also tidied up nicely when done. I'd happily recommend them.

I recently had a short that was difficult to find at my house. It was causing the breaker to trip. I called JMAC Electric and they sent out Louis who did a fantastic job! Best service in town, if you want it done right, these are the guys to do it. I got estimates from competitors, not only did jmac beat them, but they did not try to up sell. Each other competitors added things i did noti need anda bunch of other stuff i knew was not relevant or needed. Jmac is the team i am recommending to everyone. The estimator was very friendly. The installer is the contractor you want to recommend to friends. I like to spread the word when I'm treated fairly and@a reasonable price
