Hugo is incredibly professional. He's always our on-call electrician. Highly knowledgeable and professional. He's very responsible, punctual, and always does the job to perfection. I am so happy we found the best electrician! We have had bidets installed with new electrical outlets, new fans installed, outdoor electrical outlets with weatherproofing, etc. He is meticulous yet does everything in a timely manor. Ideal scenarios all around with Sharp! Truly the best.

I've called twice. Left messages. Just trying to give you some business. No return call. This seems to be a common theme. Maybe change the way you field calls or hire a scheduler?

They came out to my home to give me an estimate a couple. Years ago. I was unfortunately unable to get t& job done. But now that I'm able. I call and leave voice-mail with zero response.

Hugo and staff are very professional, efficient, and effective. Communication could be initiated more from Sharps side, however, they responded to every question I had and effectively addressed each concern. I highly recommend them. The job was completed as promised and so far everything is holding under load. A+++

Hugo and Hector were both VERY kind and professional. They were able to come to my house same day to fix issues I was having with my breaker and outlets. They resolved the issue and gave us a complete price breakdown of labor and parts which was extremely competitive to other quotes I received. I am definitely saving their business card so I can call them next time I an electrical issues comes up!

I had a great experience with this company. Hugo Torres in particular went above and beyond. My air conditioning went out due to bad breakers in the extreme AZ summer heat. They did everything they could to get it fixed as quickly as possible. Additionally they worked with my warranty company to get me approved for full reimbursement even though it involved really long hold times more than once. I highly recommend them.

They come to the job interested in solving the problem, not selling an unnecessary product or service; not wasting time. They assess the issue and explain what was found and how to correct it. They work efficiently and clean the work area when done. I will certainly call Sharp Electric whenever I need electrical work at my home.

Finally, an excellent electrician! I have dealt with several other local companies that I felt gave sub-par customer service and didn't really care about solving my problem or doing a job right, just wanted to get in and out and deal with me as fast as possible. I was lucky to find Sharp Electric. On their first visit several months ago they took time to answer my many questions on my long list of issues.

They were so professional that I just had them back to do some other things I've been wanting to have done or fixed for a long time. Again they were extremely polite, respectful and professional and left my home as they found it. They were exactly on time which seems to be a rarity these days. They are patient and listen to my concerns thoroughly, but when they know what I want done they get right after it.

We were desperate to get an electrician to our house on a Saturday. It was a huge relief to call Sharp Electric and have Hector pick up instead of voicemail or a dispatcher. He was able to give me an accurate estimate of when they would arrive. They were responsive to our concerns and were able to remedy the situation within an hour or so of arriving at our house.

They were thorough and got our funky electrical working safely for far less than the other guys quoted us, and without making us wait several days. We'll definitely call them again.

The company was referred to me by friends who were impressed by the work of the father and son team. I called and they promptly returned my call and scheduled a meeting the following day. At the meeting a work statement was agreed upon and an estimate done on the spot. The job included replacing a single ceiling light fixture with multiple recessed LED lights and installing a LED compatible dimmer switch.

The work was professional, courteous and completed on budget. I will definitely call on them in the future. Moreover, I will highly recommend the company to my neighbors and friends. They did an awesome job.
