The rudest company i have ever encountered. i was charged $300 for my dryer to be repaired and it wasn't. the manager, the repairman are very rude. i was told i will be blocked because i wanted to file a complaint. i asked for a detailed receipt but didn't receive. unprofessional. i wish i could give them a negative million. the worst repair service in the world. they are a scam. if you click on angies list on their website it does'nt work. i do not recommend atlanta appliance to my worst enemy. i wish i had done more research before now. shame on me. it will never happen again. i can not find anything positive about this company. what happened to good customer service! https://atlantaappliance.com/ https://atlantaappliance.com/

I called to make an appointment - they offered me a same day appointment with a 4-6pm window. They took my name, address and phone and said tech would call 30 minutes out. When no one showed during my waiting window, I called and was told they had no record of my name, address or phone number. They didn't seem to care or offer to schedule another appointment. Obviously I won't be calling them again or recommending them to anyone.

If it were possible to leave 0 stars, I would. They are thieves and be very care full NOT to pay them cash. They will offer a discount when they are at your house if you pay them CASH. Use credit card since I guarantee you have to dispute later since they wont fix your problem

Called these guys for help with our washing machine. They were at my house within 1 hour of calling. My technician was Victor and he was very nice and knowledgeable. He showed me what he was doing and explained along the way and also gave tips on how to avoid issues in the future.

Please DO NOT use this company. Absolutely horrible service. This is a scam. I called to schedule an appraisal to repair my oven. Four days later they sent someone out who told me he had to replace a part for $250. They could not accept credit cards. only cash or check. Thank goodness I did not pay in cash. I asked for the old part but he "couldn't find it".

The first few times he started my oven it didn't work but then it finally started. My intuition was telling me something wasn't right but when it finally started I thought everything was ok. Later that night the oven would not turn on or heat up. The next day I called to tell them it was still not fixed. They said they would have someone out to fix it that afternoon in a 3 hour time frame.

No one showed up or called so I called back. The lady that answered said she would call me back but never did so after 45 minutes I called back and a man answered. He was rude, told me no one was able to come out, mocked me, hung up on me and blocked my number. Luckily, I was able to put a stop payment on my check. I had another repair person come out and told me he NEVER replaced any parts. They were all the old original parts. DO NOT USE this company.

Horrible Horrible Horrible This was the worst appliance repair company I have ever dealt with. The service tech showed up and DID NOTHING. Complained the whole time that my washer and dryer are "built in" and said he could not move the washer in order to examine and fix. WHAT?Are you kidding me. When I called the office she told me that they never send 2 people yet the tech is saying he can not move. I will never use this company again!

I contacted this company on Sunday and repairman promptly came and address my refrigerator issue. He had the part I needed on his truck and was in and out of my home in less than 45 minutes. The tech was very professional and parts and labor rates was fair and affordable.

This company, Appliance Master or Atlanta Appliance (whatever it decides to call itself on any given day), is completely unreliable, rude and expensive. I called the company on a Monday to schedule an appointment for the following day between 3-5pm. Not only did the representative not show, but didn't bother to call either.until the following the day. So, I had to reschedule the appointment for Thursday (this time he came but was a few minutes late---not that big of deal since I had the time). Anyway, he took a look at my gas stove and said that it needed a new igniter and he could do it for $200.

The quote was negotiated down significantly to a more reasonable price. He did fix it and quickly. However through the entire encounter, he had a horrible attitude and was extremely rude. I was thankful he fixed the stove and even more thankful that the grouch had left.

I'm sorry to see such bad reviews! My technician was very friendly, on time, went to get a needed part and returned promptly. I would absolutely recommend them! They connected my washer and dryer and replaced the power cord to my dryer. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job.

I BEG YOU, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THE PROBLEM: Our fridge temperature had been faulty for weeks. The meat in our freezer was not frozen. We didn't have time to call around for quotes and make multiple appointments since the food was going to spoil, so we called the first company who's ad we saw in the Yellow Pages. What the hell were we thinking?

We called and were told the repairman would arrive the same day between 12-2. At 2:30 we called to find out why he hadn't arrived. Apparently he had another appointment in our zip code and swore that he DID service our fridge already. What?! That should have been a red flag for us right there - the dude thought the'd already come to our house!

When he finally realized his mistake, he didn't arrive until 4. (His name was David. He was a foreign older gentleman with a thick accent.) THE APPOINTMENT: He arrived and wasn't friendly at all. He looked at the fridge and after a few minutes said our thermometer was the problem and needed to be replaced. It cost a flat rate of $256. Since it was getting late, we had somewhere to be and our meat was going to spoil, we told him to fix it.

Then my husband went online to check how much Sears (where we purchased the fridge) charged for the thermometer + labor. Less than $100. If we had known the thermometer was the problem, we would have gone that route. Another thing - Atlanta Appliance must outsource their labor because they guy was from Forward Appliance, not Atlanta Appliance, That would have been nice to know before hand.

Terrible customer service please avoid at all cost. Rhe guy came out and gave an estimate about repair and after making repairs washing machine is now working at all. Call customer service line and not accommodating at all. Customer service representative states "so" repair man says it would cost $500 to fix what he broke. Bon't fall for the gimmick. it took one week from the original diagnostic visit to repair. Repair man stated that the first visit was at the customer service discretion and the second visit was at the repair choice. I don't write reviews but he was so bad I would like to avoid people I don't even know using this service

Had bad problem with service, lied about parts, called to talk with owner 2x, never called back, called appliance repair assoc, said they should have never attempted this repair on older unit with their guidelines. Tec knew it was not right as he said he would discount for cash, so no recourse BEWARE. No location, very shady. dont fall for 7.95 estimate
