This company has been servicing my HOA for a while now and has not been great. The mower drivers seem inexperienced as they tear holes in the yard with their driving. The folks on the weed eater miss most places, and my grass is frequently over 5 inches tall. In the latter half of the 2021 summer here there are frequently spots well over 10 inches.
The website states that a manager of sorts occasionally inspects the work, I have never seen that, and if this work earns a passing mark I am concerned. I tried multiple times to call and leave voicemails with someone that makes decisions and have never received a call back. A final icing on the cake is that for 2 years in a row I have had the snow removers get in fights in my front yard at 2 AM Christmas Eve and the police have shown up.
