Windsor renovated my corporate office in Eden Prairie. Setting up the meeting was effortless. David the project lead gave me very professional insight on what my options were without having to pull a permit and then provided me with anticipated prices for each option in his proposal. The very next morning David provided me with an estimate and I signed the same day. Windsor's crew showed up on the exact date which was agreed upon and the crew did a fantastic job. The Windsor team stuck to the schedule and completed everything on time. Very pleased. Thank you, David!

This company was amazing from start to finish. He went over the many options for our driveway because we needed two types. One was to fill giant potholes and the other was to extend the parking area. They showed up right on time. They took the time to explain every step and to keep us posted on the progress. They took great care of our property and cleaned up afterward. The driveway looks gorgeous. If I ever need concrete work again, I will definitely call Brent!

Windsor installed our irrigation system last year and after several emails and phone calls before winter I had asked them to winterize the lines. Unfortunately they forgot to follow through and the lines are damaged. It is now July of the next year and I have been emailing and calling for someone to help fix the lines and plant new ivy for 4 months.
I am literally not kidding. I've sent now 20 emails and no one at Windsor seems to care. They've had a lot of turnover with the company which is likely the root of the poor service. Please do not use Windsor. I rarely write bad reviews but this company truly deserves a one star. If you want proof I'm happy to forward all my emails.

Nice people! From a gardening service business end; I don't think they are ready for it. To many cooks in the kitchen with no recipes. There is need for better communication and showing staff more respect.! Specifically new management staff exhibiting poor management skills. It is a more tactical offensive approach than good management
