We have used this company for the past few years to clean our carpets and have always been pleased with the quality. We decided to call them out to clean our vents. After a few weeks of walking around we noticed that the vents were put back wrong, crooked, and some of the screws are missing. While I think the vent cleaning service was fairly priced, the follow through on making sure everything was replaced correctly was poorly executed. My suggestion would be to do a walk through to make sure the vents are replaced properly before they leave.

This company was on time, called ahead to let me know they were on their way and their expected arrival time. They were very thorough with the cleaning of the ducts, registers, and dryer vent. They were very professional from the time I called to schedule the appointment to the time they left my house when the job was completed. I will definitely use their service again, and maybe other services they offer in the near future. Already recommended them to friends and family. Truly an A+ company.

Let me preface by saying that I worked at ServiceMaster as a carpet cleaner myself for years. I was very meticulous about choosing a carpet cleaning company for my home. I read many reviews and looked at their web sites. I chose A Personal Touch after vetting several other companies. When the young man arrived, I let him go about his business, while in the back of my mind thinking, as soon as he screws up, I'm just going to tell him to hand me the wand, and I'll just clean the carpets myself.
After watching his technique, I was more than satisfied, and I was able to walk away and let him clean my carpets with no reservations. The truckmount that he used was great! He was using top of the line products from Jon Don that I was familiar with. He took extra time to go over the carpet with dry strokes to ensure he extracted as much water out of the carpet as possible. He even vacuumed my return vents on my HVAC system. This is a top notch carpet cleaning company!

Over the weekend they came out and did my sectional couch and the basement living room. They were extremely accommodating and were able to come out early on Saturday before I had to leave for work. They did an amazing job getting out all of the pet stains in the carpet as well as in the microfiber sectional from my dog being sick. I would absolutely recommend them they did an amazing job all the smell came out too! It looks way better than I expected they were very friendly as well! If I ever need carpet cleaning I will be calling them for sure!

Andrew & Eduardo did such an amazing job! We had stains on our new couch from our dog that you would now never be able to tell were there! Our carpets look and smell brand new after the cleaning. With dogs especially it's hard to keep carpets in good shape & now we have them to thank for making them practically brand new! They work quick & are very sweet guys!

Made appointment a week in advance. No show. Called to see where they were. Was told he'd find out and call me right back. No call. Texted. No response. Gave up. But then the next day he called and apologized and offered to set it up again with a nice discount for the inconvenience. I agreed, and took the time they had available. The guy called on his way there and said he would arrive in about 20 minutes, but it was close to one and a half hours. But still, he was polite, and did a nice job on the carpeting.

They were extremely nice on the phone during the set up. However when it came to the appointment the cleaner showed up 1 hr late. He reported that he was on the other side of town and it would take another 45 min to get to us. When he got here he had an attitude. He tried to sell us more cleaning like the normal clean wasn't good enough and for $50 we could upgrade.
It was annoying considering we had already set a price on the phone. He also ran his bucket across the floor and came in the house with really muddy shoes. The carpet is clean but after dealing with the cleaner I wouldn't do it again.
