Clean Freaks

I am so thankful for this experience! I had gotten very busy with some unfortunate life events and just got behind on regular cleaning, dusting, and home care tasks. The cleaning technician Ora was awesome. Ora's work was through, and efficient! I feel so much more relaxed in my home now that everything is sparkling and fresh. My free time can now be spent on enjoying life in my home and not thinking about how much work needs to be done.

I tried giving this service so many chances, and was let down time and time again. We used them for several months and almost always had an issue. Examples of issues we encountered: - Cleaning lady was consistently 45-60 min late. Almost every time. We eventually talked to customer service about it and were told that "the cleaner has another commitment before your house that we did not know about." - Cleaners oftentimes did not do a full service.

Either didn't mop, didn't clean things that were clearly labeled on their site as being included, not vacuuming under bathroom mats/corners, moving things in order to clean but not putting the things back where they go, etc. - Customer service in general was VERY slow. Would often take many days to answer emails. For the price, you can definitely find a service that actually does the job they claim they will do.

Excellent customer service, very responsive with any issues that come up. We were not as happy with our first cleaning as we felt it was not a "deep" cleaning; but Clean Freaks made it right by giving us a dicount on the service. Our second cleaning was out-of-this world. The technican was amazing and did not leave anything untouched. Very happy with the second cleaning and intend to continue using Clean Freaks regularly.

Why is it so hard to find a good cleaning company? We really thought this was going to be the one with it's eco-friendly cleaning supplies and being a small business.nope. We have actually given them multiple chances and they just keep messing up and leaving us in a major bind. The very first time we hired them they sent someone who actually did a wonderful job.

We requested her again and she was booked three months out. So, we waited 3 MONTHS. The day our cleaning was scheduled a random different person showed up who I swear had never stepped foot in a home to clean before in her life. She wandered around our house for 5 hours doing who knows what. Not cleaning. PLUS, she was not vaccinated. We had already asked our original cleaning lady that we had specially requested so didn't think it was something we needed to be asked again.

We found out after she left for the day. The company refunded us for that day and said they would send our original lady back the next time so we booked her for this coming Thursday, the day before a big party we're having. Guess what. She's not coming, they just sent us an email saying someone else was coming who is also not vaccinated.

So we called to confirm we got our specially requested cleaning person and apparently she has left the company and they do not have a single cleaning person that is vaccinated working for the. UNBELIEVABLE.

We have been using Clean Freaks for a couple months now & they really offer great work for an excellent value. Been happy with all of the techs they send, but they try to send the same person for consistency. Honestly, I am just so grateful for the service they provide us--we are a busy family & can't keep up with everything! The cleaners they use smell nice & my house looks lovely after the tech leaves! Everyone is really friendly & pleasant, from the owner to the techs

I discovered Clean Freaks this past year and have been using them regularly to clean my apartment. My experience has been consistently positive. Samantha, who coordinates and sets up the visits, is communicative, responsive and caring. I really appreciate the follow-up both before and after service. Kiana, who has been doing the cleaning, is professional, very hard-working, and always pleasant and kind. As much as I care about having a clean environment, it means a lot to also have someone with positive energy working in my space. Clean Freaks delivers both!

Awesome, from start to finish. From booking the appointment to the actual job, everything was seamless, super professional AND eco friendly. The cleaning tech arrived on time, was very professional and proficient. My place looked so spotless, not a shed of dust in sight. She even got the grime and discoloration out of my grout lines in the shower! I'd definitely recommend them.

We had a great experience with CF and will definitely be using their services again. It was very easy to put in a request from their website and they contacted me back quickly. I was able to get a quote and schedule easily - they sent a reminder email and a text the morning of when my tech was on her way. Joanna was so nice and thorough and left our place shining.

She brought all of her equipment and even recommended a product that I could use in our bathrooms. When she was finished, I received text notification. The organization was really great. Such a huge help for us!

My experience with Clean Freaks has been perfect from day 1. Samantha is very responsive and explained the process well from the start. We were paired with Kiana, who has been amazing! She's quick, thorough, and thoughtful, which is all I need in a cleaning professional. They arrive well prepared and open to instructions and feedback. We've been on a weekly schedule with them for a while now and it's made my life considerably easier. I'm a clean freak myself and busy working mom, so I appreciate all of their diligence in both scheduling and cleaning our home.

I also love that they effectively clean with gentle, green products. My family is highly sensitive to harsh chemicals, especially Clorox, so the products they use are perfect for us. The cherry on top is everyone I've dealt with has been very professional and kind. I highly recommend Clean Freaks!

Great experience; hired to due a post-construction cleaning of our basement after a remodeling project; very friendly cleaning tech, was efficient in her cleaning process but very thorough; asked good questions during the cleaning to make sure the work was up to our expectations; very reasonably priced service and responsive via email

They did a very good job. Cleaned everything very thoroughly. We look forward to setting up a recurring service.

I used Clean Freaks for a single deep clean of my 2 bedroom. I've never had a professional cleaning done but my house needed it! Julieana and Kiara did an amazing job. They got to work right away and cleaned crevices in my home I don't think I've ever touched. When they left everything smelled fresh and sparkled top to bottom. My normally dog hair-laden home had not a molecule of hair or dust ANYWHERE. I'm so impressed and definitely want to use this service again in the future.

We engaged Clean Freaks to do our move in cleaning - Eugenia and Griselda did a fantastic job! The value was excellent and definitely recommend including the refrigerator and stove, completely worth it!

We loved our first experience with Clean Freaks. We made an initial request for a cleaning on a Saturday morning but they had availability for Wednesday of the following week! They were so communicative, friendly and organized. I love that they bring their own equipment and products. We have some cleaning products but I like that they're not reliant upon that. Shoutout to Jenny who arrived on time and did a PHENOMENAL job.

She was also so kind when I walked through some details of our home and particularities. Walking into a home that's sparkly and immaculate just feels so wonderful after a long day. So THANK YOU! The details matter - the list of tasks outlined on the website, the response time of emails to book services, and even the mints and the placard left behind informing us who serviced us, the stickers on the toilet paper rolls, and even the texts confirming that the cleaning is done was all the cherry on the top of the actual service provided.

I can't praise Clean Freaks Cleaning service enough! From start to finish, the service was IMPECCABLE. I am a stickler for detail and perfection. CLEAN FREAKS delivered to no avail. I am highly impressed with this service and would highly recommended them even your are looking for a service that provides: excellent communication, deep thorough cleaning, punctuality and a SPARKLING CLEAN HOME.

I booked this service after reviewing all the reviews and perhaps it was just an off day for the cleaners. We had a new home that needed a cleaning, it was 2500 square ft. The second tech came late by 1.5 due to a flat-tire. While they didn't charge for the time.they should've send a second tech. Overall, though the cleaner came with a bad attitude and said oh wow there is lots of dust.

They didnt have a bucket and came without the necessary scrubbers. You must clarify everything with them prior to coming. For the amount they are charging ~$500 for a 2,500 sq ft. it needs to be perfect. They are a premium service and I shouldn't have to check on them.

Had a really good deep clean with Clean Freaks. Communication was prompt and professional. Our tech came out, did our consultation, and did a wonderful job. Very likely to to continue hiring them.
