Absolutely awesome and professional technician. Took the time to explain all steps. Noticed extra weight on the door from the insulation we had installed. He advised an upgrade to the spring size to allow for the extra door weight which we decided to go with. Will definitely call them for future needs. MOST STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE. Both the person on the phone and Kendall, the technician, we're courteous and professional. I appreciate that they let you know when the technician is on the way and you're able to track their trip, so you can easily plan and get other things done. Even though the initial cause of my door issue couldn't be determined, Kendall was able to resolve the problem, explained things clearly, and give next steps in case it happens again. Definitely recommend and will use them again if needed.

Kendall was awesome. Came out to fix broken tension springs and explained to me for a little more, the value of the "overhaul package" to replace all moving parts with a 5 year warranty, so I went with that. He was done from start to finish in less than an hour while explaining all the parts and pieces to me. Garage door is silent now and I have a 5 year warranty. Can't beat that.

My single car garage door spring broke. The guys came in and quickly worked on it. Very formal and professional. As they were replacing the parts they were also educating me on it. You will be surprised how many moving parts are working along side each other just to open and close a garage. I had no idea but the job was done very well. Thank you again for your service.

I'm very pleased with the service I received today. Kendall was great! He arrived on time, he was very knowledgeable and had all the supplies needed on his truck to put in a new lift and rollers right away. I also really liked that I didn't have to make another appointment for the installation to be done. I got several quotes this week to fix my garage from other companies in Orlando and Quality Garage Door Service was by far the best price! Thank you!

Great job today! We needed a quick service call on a 16' door before starting a project. Lucy scheduled us immediately for the 2nd business day. Brian Coudry arrived within the committed window, and went right to work. Correct tools, and arrived in a newer service vehicle. He replaced the ratty lower seal, lubed all tracks and rollers, and confirmed proper operation for our very noisy Sears chain drive opener.
He then made adjustments and also replaced the incandescent light with an LED light. When time to replace the opener, we will be using Quality Garage Door Services to do the work. Great value and great customer service.

My experience was so pleasant! Heather quickly made an appointment for me over the phone for the next day. Brian came to fix our garage right on time for our appointment and was so nice! Our garage opener stopped working and they were quick to respond to my call to have a new one installed. With the current supply chain issues they were the only ones who could help me right away. Brian was prompt, professional and friendly. Very satisfied with the service. The only thing I was not aware of ahead of time was the $15 trip fee but I was glad to have it taken care of quickly.
