The technician, Giovanni, was contacted through Home Advisor - Angie. He responded to the service call for my garage door one hour after we talked. He was professional, thorough and explained everything clearly. He had it working in a very short period of time. I highly recommend this business.

I don't usually do this, but because of the experience I had with Elite Garage Door Solutions, I felt I absolutely have to do this. So here it goes. I called elite garage door solutions today 4/8/22 and spoke with Giovanni. He told me he could be at my home in 20 minutes (he was here in 15) he came in, looked at what needed to be done, let me know the price and in less than 30 minutes the job was complete.

I am beyond GRATEFUL & ECSTATIC! Considering I have not had the use of my garage door being able to open for a few months now. He was nice, professional, fast, and just overall the experience was EXCEPTIONAL! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Elite Garage Door Solutions to anyone in need of garage services. I researched many area garage door companies prior to making a choice, most of them were rated as average, Elite was highly rated on every platform I checked, the service tech more than met expectations. The cables to my garage door broke on a Friday afternoon, I contacted Elite on Monday morning & the tech was at my home by 2pm & he called first which I really appreciated.

I was provided a verbal estimate on the phone which was honored upon arrival. My garage door is going up & down without a problem & the price was more than fair. I see exactly why this business is highly rated - professional & prompt service.

Giovanni was excellent! I called them up in the morning, told them what I needed, asked for a quote, and asked them if they'd be available to come today. The communication was great and very professional. He gave me plenty of notice before coming by. Giovanni installed the springs and gave me a few pointers on upkeep and maintenance. Unfortunately, it looks like we'll need a new door soon.

But the matter wasn't pressured onto me, which I very much appreciate! Overall very professional and fair pricing. When it comes time to put in the new door, I'll definitely be calling them.

He got my car out of my garage for me in no time and replaced the doors within a week. He went above and beyond and did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend them.

Good communication from the office after scheduling the appointment. I showed Luis my garage door issue and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He was thorough and made sure I was satisfied with the work. In addition to the repair needed he also lubricated the hinges, springs and tracks. When the need arises I will use their services again.

They got out quickly replaced my broken keypad and serviced my door. Technician was knowledgeable quick and very neat. So happy I called them.

The tech arrived on time and was courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. I could not have asked for better service. It can be hard to find an honest professional when your are in an emergency. It is rare to come across anyone who does great work at a fair price and won't take advantage of situation or a customer. Family owned and operated, these guys are the best. Great communicators, very flexible scheduling. I will forever trust Elite and recommend them to everyone. I'm also signing up for their annual maintenance plan so I never have to worry about these issues again.
