Started out fine with getting insulation put into our basement ceiling. The city inspectors came and said it was not done correctly as it covered some water pipes. Spec 7 didn't help us and we were delayed a month to get the proper paper work (which we had to do on our own) to get the inspection passed. The basement was supposed to be rented out by then with a tenant but due to their lack of help, we lost $.
So when we asked for a discount due to all the hoops we had to go through AND the money we lost, they sent us the full bill with an "intent to lien." No phone call, just that. I learned a lot through this process and one of the lessons will be to never work with this company again.

Contacted Spec 7 on a Friday afternoon because the insulation contractor I had postponed me a week and then showed up with non-working equipment. I was in a real bind as the insulation had to be done by Monday morning. Brian said he would try and to my surprise and delight, the most professional and pleasant gentlemen showed up at 7:30 AM on Saturday. They did an amazing job! I can't say enough about this company. Thank you!

Spec 7 Loader gets in at 0830. Park outta the way best you can before cul-da-sac by dumpster. Barrels unload/check in at the 5995 address, Single bay at your right and all other insulation deliveries go to the corner bays when you make that left at the cul-da-sac. If your here before 0830 loader will come to you for check in when they arrive.

This morning while working, I stopped into the Loaf n' Jug in Johnstown to fuel my work vehicle. This particular gas station has 12 diesel pumps but 4 were not working. So as I pulled around to use one of the other 8, I saw that there were 7 Spec7 vehicles at the pumps. As I sat and waited for about 5 minutes, I noticed that only one of 7 vehicles were being fueled and that the others were just sitting there.
So I got out of my vehicle and walked up to 3 gentleman. I asked them if the would mind moving one of their trucks so I could bus my bus into fuel. Not one of the 3 men answered me and in fact one turned his back to me and began talking with the others. So I went back to my bus and pulled it into the only spot left which made my bus not only nearly a foot from the bumper of their Chevy truck, it made the tail end stick out about 30 feet blocking other vehicles.
So after I started to fuel I called the Loveland office. A young man answered the phone. When I asked if he had a supervisor that help with the situation he explained that there was o my o e man who could fuel there vehicles and that was how they did it. I tried explain three times that they were blocking the pumps and not filling up before I was hung up on.
A few minutes after my call, a man got into the truck in front of me and moved it another pump and parked it but still not start fueling. Instead he got out and walked over to the door of my bus. He said "do you have a problem with me?" I had to ask who he was and he began to enter my bus. A school bus I might add. I had to put my hands up to keep him from fully entering and backed him up.
I said he was not allowed on my bus and that when he began to cuss and swear at me saying that I was not better than him and that we could fight right now to settle it. I had to laugh at that point because he had let any and all professionalism go at that point. The man was yelling so loud when several F-bombs that a clerk had come out of the store and began trying to intervene.
I put the fuel hose away and entered my bus to leave when the man became to step into the bus again. The check grabbed him by the should you hold him back. Once the clerk had him back far enough I closed the door. The man then tried to kick the door but clerk was able to pull him back enough to prevent him kicking the glass door. I am not sure about you, but this is NOT the type of individual I would want to work at my home or business.
Totally uncalled for and taken extremely to far. This company should choose its employees more wisely. Dozens of people saw this incident and this fueling process goes on every morning at the loaf n' jug. I guess I am the only one who decided to say something finally.

I highly recommend this company for any spray foam insulation you may need. We are in the process of building out a Ram Promaster Cargo van and needed spray foam installed on all the interior walls. They were very responsive to our request and were accommodating to our short timeline. Bruce was kind and went out of his way to come check out the work we needed done and provided us with a fair quote. Kyle did a phenomenal job with the spray foam and was able to meet our very specific requirements. Corbin and Brian went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot an ongoing problem we were having with the sliding door on our van. Brian even attempted to completely fix the door but we found out we needed a few specific parts.
Everyone we came in contact with during this whole experience provided exceptional customer service and we couldn't be happier with the spray foam insulation in our van. Thanks so much!

It's 6pm in Colorado and this person had no trucks on. And they were driving on the I-25 south passing exit 220. All they had on was one left headlight. Could barely see them. And they got mad when I took pictures. And here is the license plate number cki 541. Would like to see something done about it.

Dock is obstructed by employee vehicles and HUGE asphalt potholes make it difficult to not damage your truck especially when loaded. Employees park and leave so no moving their vehicles. Landlord is cheap. Won't fix potholes. Do yourself a favor and don't deliver there. Parked on street in cause no parking places left in Denver. Got blocked in by cars and asked to move again. Denver freight too cheap for all this hassle

Spec 7 had the insulation contract for a Catamount Contractors inc. job downtown at 21st and Lawrence. I was brought in as a Superintendent overseeing MEP rough, drywall, and insulation. From the beginning they responded to my direction and needs, for the 212 unit building coming thru and a completing their work in only 2 months.
