Over an hour late to the scheduled 11:15am meeting. Unprofessional conversation with the estimator. Seemed like he MIGHT have known what he was talking about? 3x higher than other quotes. They do not respect your time. I expect with this type if unprofessionalism, they would do a poor job if hired. Brought my business elsewhere. EDIT: They called me at 11:15am to tell me they would be an hour late.

Juan and his Dad did a great job insulating our garage attic. My brother used Denver insulation and highly recommended them. Price was very fair. Good to work with, on time. I also highly recommend them.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness We had an appointment set up. I was very clear that I didn't have time later in the day. They didn't show up at the time agreed on and I was late for work as I tried to wait for them to get there. They eventually showed up 2 hrs late. Then never called back to attempt to apologize or reschedule.

Juan arrived for an estimate. We scheduled a day and time for the project to be completed. No one ever showed up for the appointment. Not only did I have to rearrange my work schedule, I had to make a call to inquire. Juan did call me back and said the team was tied up on another project and would not be able to make it to my project on that day. A simple, proactive phone call from Juan or the company could have made the difference. No call, no show - no good!

We only needed part of our attic re-insulated. Denver Insulation was quick to reply, quick to come out and quote us a bid. They didn't pressure us, or try to sell unwanted services. They were here within 2 weeks to complete the work. They were quick and professional. No issues. Thanks.

Showed up when they said they would and got right to it, protected the house with plastic as they sprayed closed cell foam in the rim joist area where the overhang is. Really great experience all around, Juan always answers or responds fairly quickly and the 2 guys that came out and did the work were super nice and easy to work with. The pricing seemed fair, it is definitely worth the value I got, I couldn't get any other insulation contractors to answer or call me back, he was the 4th person I called down the random list I had and he picked up and we scheduled it over the phone and priced it with pictures and measurements I sent him.

The price was definitely right with this small family business. I called a few days ahead of my appt to confirm, and they said they'd be here about 8:30. They actually showed up early, and got straight to it-- they insulated my two separate attic spaces in less than 2 hours. There must've been a miscommunication, as the on-site crew came prepared to just do the attics, while the job we agreed to also included insulation and a vapor barrier in the crawl space. Juan said he'd be back later to finish.

Naturally suspicious of any contractor, I crossed my fingers. He came back right when he said he would, and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. They banged out the whole job in no time, and I'm very happy with the results. A very professional crew.

Great work. Timely work. All appointments on time, as promised. They say that blown in insulation can cost less when installed by a pro than doing it yourself. That is true and you have found the pros right here. I asked for an estimate via yelp, got a reply in less than an hour that was extremely reasonable. Juan wanted to look at the job, which required a drive to Idaho Springs - and gave me a price that was actually a bit lower than the yelp estimate (nice surprise).

The family based installation group showed up a few days later, exactly at the time arranged and did a really fast job. They left exactly ZERO mess! I looked into the attic and it is a an insulation-orama! A quick check of energy usage at my thermostat shows that this job will pay for itself very quickly. So glad I had this done, and just as glad i contacted Denver Insulation to do it.

They made it so easy - and doing it myself would have been a HUGE PITA. So very much worth it. Thanks Juan and family for your prompt professional work. I'm giving my highest recommendation for this company.

I reached out to Denver Insulation through Yelp for a quote, and got a response quickly from Juan. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 9:30am which was confirmed by Juan (photo uploaded). No one called, showed up, responded to my call or texts after. This was a massive disappointment and waste of my time. I will take my business elsewhere.

Excellent work for an excellent price! Juan and Marta did an awesome job insulating the attic crawlspace this morning and cleaned up so well that you'd never know that work was done here today. After going more than 3 years without insulation, due to the ceiling collapsing because of a swamp cooler leak - this will make a world of difference! Another company I called wouldn't even look at the job because it was too small. Thank you Juan, for being willing to take on a small job on our small house and charging so reasonably!

As a remodeling contractor, I am very particular about work quality and presentation with my clients. Juan and his crew at Denver Insulation did a spectacular job for a fair price on a major basement remodeling project in Westminster. I will definitely be using them again!

I liked doing business with Juan, he is a straight shooter. He arrived as scheduled for the estimate. I appreciate his honesty. He explained that given the extenuating circumstances of my condo, its construction, the large windows, etc.the insulation probably won't achieve the desired results but I decided to give it a shot anyway. We scheduled an appointment and his crew arrived 15 minutes late.

Not a big deal but when anyone is more than 10 minutes late I like to get a call. While his crew was doing the work, I realized I neglected to tell Juan of another small area that I would like to have done. So I gave him a call and he immediately approved it at no extra charge. No hassles, great. The crew cleaned up afterwards, they forgot to vacuum one large screen that had a bunch of fibers stuck to it.hey, who's perfect? It took me a minute to vacuum it. If you want insulation, why not give Juan a call?

I am posting because I selected this company based on other Yelp reviews. All I can do is affirm everything that was said. Juan came out promptly for an estimate that easily beat the two others I received. Installation was done today and we couldn't be happier. The project involved both foam and batts and the crew went above and beyond in moving stuff around and finishing quickly. It's a family business and everyone was very nice! Always a pleasure to work with such nice people. If you're searching for a contractor, don't bother going anywhere else.

Affordable and fast! We highly recommend Denver Insulation. We will use them again! We requested them or a service one day and they were there that afternoon then we needed them again and they were there the following day.

This is a great company! Their bid was $1900 less than a well-known insulation company that kept bothering me with phone calls and emails after I told them no. They arrived right on time, did a great job that they insisted I inspect before I paid them, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them!

I did closed cell foam on the roof of my detached garage. They did a great job and cleaned up well afterward.

DI did some excellent work on my home that I am feeling now as we really enter winter. Three areas of service, all in one day 1) full house attic top off blown in, 2) sprafoam in crawl space perimeter and between floor joists, 3) remediation of garage walls. #3 was the most onerous requiring 2 holes in each stud cavity (high and low) and pumping blown in on the garage walls.

But I am now keeping a +30 degree vs. outside with no supplemental heat when before my garage would only keep about a 10 degree delta or match outside (yeah the freezer in the garage would just turn off some times of the year basically saying - yep ambient is 32f so im good, taking a siesta lol). Now my garage is always comfortable even when its 10f out and its like having another usable room all year.

If I want room temp I can just run a small space heater for a bit and boom. All in all good quality of work, good organization/scheduling, and great price. DI was also very honest that they accidentally overbid part of the job (that he calc'ed via guistimate because he couldnt see it when he came to bid- baby sleeping). And so he came in about 25% lower than bid and was very honest about passing that savings back through to me. What more could you ask for?

The owners and staff are very kind and stayed in touch about arrival times, and they took good care of my home- I would recommend them any day.

We had great experience with this company who installed foam on the ceiling of a small addition we did with a flat room. They were quick, very efficient, and left the space clean. Their prices were also very reasonable.

Juan gave me an estimate to do some insulation in my basement. He was kind, easy to talk to, and gave me a very competitive bid. I asked him to get the work done two days after he gave me the bid and he was able to accommodate my schedule. Two days later the installers came out and installed the insulation. They were wonderful! I highly recommend!

Our house is a bi-level so the floor of the upstairs is 4'-8 above ground level. The kitchen was added on to many years ago to add a dining area. The floor of this area is very cold in winter. We had 6 of foam spray done by Juan and the guys.
