A-1 Key & Safe

Probably the worst experience I've ever had. They came out, programmed my keys incorrectly and then refused to double check their work. My car won't start because the keys were not programmed correctly according to two different mechanics. someone pretended like they were the manager and was entirely patronizing because "he knows more about it than I do" do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

Rude. I called for service. The guy answers the phone just to tell me he has three people in front of me, it would be a couple hours. Which would of been okay with me because I just got to work, then he hangs up the phone on me. Thanks for being inconsiderate, maybe next time don't answer the phone.

Amazing customer service. They helped me get my chip key cut and programed both key fobs for my husband and myself, and the price was reasonable. I recommend this lock and key place to anyone who needs a key cut, lock out service, programming of key fobs and anything else in that category.

Needed to have a 1980 lock rekeyed. It was original and we loved the looks. Shop said to bring by then said they would do best to handle before they closed. (In an hour). They got the job done at a low price. Great shop includes ammo and guns. Will be back.

I love a one lock and key they always cut our keys for my shop Is they are very fast efficient and friendly

Lock myself out of my car at night. Called the service & arrived within 15 minutes & got it unlocked in 5 min. Great service

Last night(well, 12:45am) I locked myself out of my house while on my lunch break. Mr Sir(I didn't remember to get his name )was available right away- as in he arrived within 15-20 minutes! Unfortunately, he struggled for about 45 minutes to get my door open but never once complained about it. He was surprisingly calm and professional the entire time.

I truly appreciated his determination to get it open and didn't make me(the customer) feel as though this was a waste of time, or that he was frustrated with me ect. As a courtesy, He even discounted my rate because it took significantly longer than we both anticipated. Again, Thank you so much for your efforts. Definitely will use again/recommend

Locked keys in vehicle about 5 this afternoon. Called, they answered immediately, told me 30 minutes, showed up in 30 minutes. Had me in my vehicle in 5 minutes. Professional, prompt and priced right. Highly recommended!

Great place if you need a Porsche key cut or check out some Heckler Koch Firearms. He does not program the key fob but he can cut the "metal" blade for you. $50. In and out - 30 min.

Great shop with a very friendly staff. They have really nice pricing on ammo as well.
